Hi help needed to cancel but your site doesn t recognise my email address

Hi I m being charged 39 90 per month from PYD C-date interda LUXEMBOURG Is this C-Date I honestly have no memory of opening an account and I ve tried using my email addresses on your website but it doesn t recognise them Please can you assist I need to cancel this payment urgently please

Cancelling is impossible

Signed up and instantly wanted to cancel the membership You have to get them to send a email to you which you reply back saying you want to cancel I did this thinking I had cancelled go to check my bank statement for the month and they have charged me and I now see they sent a follow up email THREE whole days after I thought I had cancelled saying I need to send them another long winded email to cancel

Total scam make it night on impossible to cancel membership dont answer emails or acknowledge email sent wishing to cancel membership Avoid at all costs legit sites make it easy of want cancel as soon as make if difficult or impossible it s a scam This one most definitely a scam

Cancellation issues seems to be a scam

As with many other people on here I have discovered that this company make it extremely difficult to cancel premium membership and their site has inaccurate details regarding how to cancel Despite saying so there is no online form option on the site to enable cancellation I have emailed them and will also be reporting this via other means stating that I want immediate cancellation It s frustrating but I feel that I have been scammed by this company

Hi all I had the misfortune of dealing with this company a long time ago Can t believe they are still going You cannot cancel Says to send a fax or whatever Just cancel your card I know it s a ball ache but it s the only way to stop these taking money I did just that Had loads of letters from debt collectors etc which I just ignored and eventually they just stopped They will try and intimidate with debt collector letters but they have no jurisdiction in the uk Just cancel and move on guys

They shouldn t get even one star Complete scam I haven t filled up any regular membership Six months later they send more than 250 uro bill I denied then they started legal process To avoid hassle I paid without knowing or using anything Some authority should ban them

AVOID AVOID AVOID Total scam site Make it an absolute nightmare to cancel but reading from the 1000s of reviews with 1 star are having the same experience I have sent continuous messages to cancel where which they totally ignore than demanding payment where I had to cancel with my bank now involving debt collectors I asked to cancel in the 24th August 23 then asked for payment in October They will make your life very difficult to even try and delete your profile never mind a response by email We are in 2024 and still demanding payment Absolute dirty scam of a site They have no intention of helping you just avoiding the matter Everyone is experiencing the same concern and this site should be shut down for fraud

This website deserve to be banned It s a total 100 scam zone

This website doesn t even deserve a rating This website is all about what I ordered versus what I got It s a 100 pure scam They keep promising to match me with someone who met my criteria but yet to see any after taking a whole sum of 99 9 euro from me Please this site should be shutdown I want to cancel my premium subscription now to avoid extensions to the next month And I would love to delete my account because this wasn t what I expected It s totally unbelievable that you have to scam us via this means
