If we could we would give 6 Carrie and Scott are a top team From the very first contact to the pre wedding shooting and our wedding day we knew we were in good hands We felt at ease straight away the professionalism you receive let s you enjoy the planning and run up to the wedding Scott s personality and sense of humour are brilliant and we had so much fun in-front of the camera as he made it so easy for us The outcome of his work shows what a very talented photographer he is and that you have chosen the best We are excited to choose our pictures for our wedding album and enjoy being in touch with Carrie again to make this happen We truly enjoyed the experience and if we would do it all again it would be with Camerashy Truly thank you so much for capturing our special day

The best photographer you will find

If you re on the hunt for a photographer look no further than Scott at Camerashy My wife and I had the pleasure of having Scott capture our big day and we can say without doubt it would not have been the same without him His professionalism and talent shone throughout the day and even ended up with a boogie on the dancefloor as he wrapped up his time with us - enforced by the groom Not only is he amazing at his job he s also a great coordinator morale officer and a jolly nice bloke into the bargain He was fantastic with all our guests and really kept the good feeling going all day He was particularly good with our two young children who both took a great shine to Scott and have both said how much fun the had with him Thank you so much for making them feel like such and important part of the day His timings were spot on breaking our day up nicely so we could maximise time with our guests whilst capturing the most amazing images of my wife and I which we will cherish forever Nothing was ever too much for Scott and he managed to fulfil all of our requests both planned and spontaneous It was a truly magnificent experience having Scott as our photographer and we would not hesitate to have him back if we could do it all over again Thanks again Jennifer Marc

July 24- Best in the business

My husband had booked Camerashy to capture our surprise engagement photos and instantly we knew we would book Scott for our wedding What a team Scott Carrie are Carrie is always super quick to respond weekday or weekend No question is too much of a bother or a silly question and she really joins in on the countdown for the wedding aswell Post wedding Carrie has been amazing giving us timescales and linking in letting us know the photos are nearly ready which is great when the family ask daily when they are due Absolutely amazing customer service I cannot shout loud enough about how brilliant Scott is You can tell from the get go how experienced and professional he is From the minute Scott walked in he could tell how nervous I was and instantly calmed me down not only does Scott capture your getting ready photos but he helps with everything else in the morning helping move things and even fixing the dress if needed Scott is super organised and has full control of the crowd to make sure photos are done nice and promptly to maximise your big day He takes you away later in the day which felt like the perfect time to have a break away from everyone and spend some one on one time along with capturing beautiful photos I love every single photo Scott sent over There was not a single one I was not keen on Scott really does know how to get a great picture I love the variety he offers with some staged posed but also lots of natural shots that I didn t even know he captured We will definitely be using Camerashy for all big life events We cannot thank you both enough

If you are looking for a photographer to capture the magic of your wedding day look no further than Scott Near of Camerashy Photography backed up and administered beautifully by Carrie - what a fantastic team The pre-wedding shoot which was part of the package we opted for was an amazing way to help us feel more comfortable in front of the camera On the day Scott in addition to taking amazing photos was fabulous at co-ordinating everyone in a calm efficient and enthusiastic way - loved not only by us but our guests as well Going above and beyond Scott assisted with dress fastenings and mother-of-the bride s earrings Our photos are beautiful and will be treasured for a lifetime Our only issue is which ones to include in our album Scott and Carrie thank you for being part of our day - absolutely loved working with you both XKirsty John Muttrie

Simply the BEST

From start to finish Scott Carrie are a truly amazing team Carrie is responsible for all the background work and kept us up to date with the correspondence answering questions quickly and keeping the whole process stress free Scott is not only a master behind the camera but also a true professional who goes above and beyond to ensure the day runs smoothly even checking if the grass was dry enough for an outdoor ceremony We had the most amazing day and cannot thank Scott enough Not only are our photos everything we wanted but he kept us relaxed and at ease in front of the camera allowing us to have fun therefore every photo told a story capturing the love and joy we felt on our wedding day with all the small details and heart felt expressions captured Group photos can sometimes be tedious but Scott gave direction so it didn t take long while generating lots of laughter from our guests and lots of memories with our friends and family for us to treasure Scott your photos really do capture everything that was special about our day and we will cherish them for years to come Thank you Scott and Carrie from Camerashy Dana Mick Chilvers

Camerashy Photography are the best

Scott and Carrie are an absolutely fantastic team and would highly recommend them As soon as we seen Scott s photos we knew we wanted him as our photographer Carrie is amazing she deals with everything behind the scenes and nothing is too much trouble She is very quick at getting back to you - even if they are on holiday or on a night out We had our pre-wedding photo shoot a couple of months before our wedding at our venue and it made a massive difference on they day as you knew what to expect We found this very helpful and was so glad that the photoshoot was part of the package Scott had done a lot of weddings at our venue so knew the best places in the grounds to get photos We had the most amazing day and Scott captured it so perfectly He made us feel at ease on the day and was a diamond when he was looking in my car for my knickers and doing up my dress Our photos are absolutely amazing and they are so natural which we love - he really is the best We got 691 photos and we were not really aware of him taking any apart from the group photos Scott captured every moment of the day so brilliantly and we loved looking though all our photos We cannot thank Scott and Carrie enough and are so happy they played such an important part in our special day and loved working with you both Vicky Chris Watt x

As US citizens getting married in

As US citizens getting married in Edinburgh we had to make many decisions with not a great deal of research We could not have made a better choice with Camerashy Scott was wonderful and very creative in photographing our wedding It was a wonderful experience Carrie was great in helping us pick the perfect wedding album We can t recommend them enough

seamless experience with Camera Shy

Scott and Carrie made us feel at ease from the moment we had our first zoom meeting I was so nervous about getting my picture taken as I m quite self conscious and Scott made me forget the camera was even there He made us both laugh from beginning to end of our wedding day Scott is so creative and made sure any visions I had came to life I couldn t fault one thing We are over the moon with the pictures he captured on the day and are so happy we have these to cherish forever I would highly recommend Camera Shy to everyone Thanks again

10 10 experience

We can highly recommend CameraShy after our recent experience with them for our wedding Scott immediately put us both at ease during our pre-wedding shoot giving us tips on how to photograph well with each other He was funny and relaxed which put my husband at ease quickly resulting in more natural photos Carrie was super quick at responding to any queries that we had throughout the whole journey They gave us very high quality images just after the wedding and worked hard to get our album to us in time for Christmas which was an unexpected bonus for us Scott not only brought his photography skills on the day but offered some great advice and even helped detangle jewellery They re both loads of fun our guests all enjoyed Scott s wit but he was also professional and you couldn t ask for better service We loved our photos and great compositions so we now have a beautiful record of our perfect day

The Best You Could Ask For

Carrie and Scott were absolutely fantastic and are an amazing team We could not recommend them more Long before the wedding Scott was amazing about walking us through the process and explaining to us how he works from the pre-wedding shoot through to the end of the wedding night He was confident and comforting but not in any way arrogant Carrie was fantastic at responding quickly to any enquiries we had about any aspect of the process She was so kind and patient and seemed genuinely eager to help Scott was incredibly helpful on the wedding day helping to make last minute decisions with us working with the venue to get timings right and keeping Louise and I happy and excited throughout the day He was noticeable only when he wanted to be and stayed perfectly out of the way for the important moments They quickly turned around a wonderful selection of photos to us in just a few days for us to share with guests family and friends that couldn t make the trip and are going to have the rest of the photos back to us in on a very short timeline We couldn t be happier If you are looking for a fantastic photographer for your special day you won t find better than Camerashy Edward and Louise
