I really enjoyed taking this assignment I can see how you can take someone s answers and determine what their strengths and weaknesses are fairly accurately The only thing I would do differently is change the middle response that says you don t agree or disagree to have a place where you can elaborate on why you don t agree or disagree because there s a reason for you to choose that answer Doing that you as an employer have a greater way of determining the cause for the answer and get a better understanding to why the person taking the assignment feels that way That will give you a better idea of how their mind works and how they would handle different situations and Scenario s
