Canvas print with many flaws

I ordered 8 x12 canvas print for the first time from this company The print took 12 days to arrive printed in GA it seems and mailed to NC The wooden frame was smaller than 8x12 and slightly crooked The mirror wrap that I had ordered looked really odd - like distorted color running down the sides of the canvas I could not even figure out how it was possible to print it that way There were two hair-thin white scratches squiggles right in the middle of the blue sky Last but not least my image was out of focus I compared it with another print from a different company to make sure it was not my original The only good thing were the color which was spot on and the customer service representative who worked with me on getting a refund right away The price was also very good for this size - 47 - but also I got what I paid for Unfortunately will not be ordering any more even though I had high hopes for Canvas pop after reading reviews I could not upload images here but see my yelp review of this company with many photos attached as proof

First quality service I ordered two framed photos but I ordered them in the wrong sizes by mistake calculating from inches to cm what can possibly go wrong The customer service was very helpful and we found a good solution The product was a good quality
