I ve refinanced with CapCenter four times over the past 15 years They re excellent to work with transparent with their rates and fees which are so much lower that other financial institutions and are very responsive Although other companies may advertise a lower interest rate their costs are actually much higher because of all their hidden fees If you re looking to refi into a lower interest mortgage CapCenter is you best and most affordable option

I was skeptical at first but I have to say this is the best experience I have ever had with a refinance It was smooth easy quick and the best part was the no extra costs Malik was exceptional in his assistance in the beginning in helping me to understand how the process worked I was out of town and I was able to sign the docs needed from my iPhone Dylan was also wonderful in tying things up to get to the closing date on time From application to close was 3 weeks HIGHLY RECOMMEND The only thing that could make this better is if CapCenter would send 50-100 to your lender towards your principal for any referral you provide that completes the process from application to loan signing past the 30 day period -
