Would not recommend at all ordered this bed and initially after waiting weeks and weeks was called to be told there was no bed ordered this was after numerous emails from myself due to lack of contact once we eventually got a bed bed I paid 75 for assembly and the two fitters arrived with no tools and no clue how to assemble after 3 hours we had a bed assembled damaged and only partly working and parts fitted back to front after complaining again and asking for a refund we where told we would receive a new bed this wasn t the case as I was informed by the very the very pleasant men who came to fit a new one they informed me that they where told just to replace the damage parts even through we had agreed a new bed but thankfully they replaced the whole bed thot this was it all sorted 2 days later the headlight popped up and the screw dropped inside the bed the same then happened to the other exposing sharp objects to my 2 year old emailed again and again and again ignored we then chose to glue the headlights down to prevent my son being injured Thot again that was the end of problems no we are now less than 3 months from Receiving this bed the bed is separating and coming loose my son is two and weighs slightly more than a 1 stone in weight so nothing to do with his being too heavy for the bed it s been a complete waste of money and the build quality is very poor I m currently in the process of taking this to trading standards as these beds are clearly not designed for use due to all the faults we are experiencing in such a short time I purchased this is good faith thinking it would last my son many years to come and at 2 years of age we are having to sleep him elsewhere as this bed is not fit for purpose I would strongly advise anyone to think very carefully before purchasing a bed from here the beds look a great product but I m finding very quickly that what you see is not what you get

Only getting 1 star because I can t give zero Absolutely dreadful customer service Waited 3 months for a bed on back order When it did finally arrive after chasing up with the company twice it was very poor quality damaged and didn t fit together properly The bed was returned 2 weeks ago the refund was promised last week and still hasn t arrived Now having to deal with reclaiming money via legal route Absolute scammers and the only recommendation I would make would be to AVOID this company and website at all costs Your money is better spent elsewhere

Ordered a bed on the 27th of March to get a despatch email on the 28th Turns out they didn t have stock of the bed even though their website said it was dispatched No contact from them either by phone or email Called them on the 9th for an update to only be told the obvious They were quick to refund to their credit but I shouldn t have had to wait 2 weeks when you knew you didn t have stock

Dilivery service is good but when i open my car bed box lots of things are broken

the delivery was perfect but the quality was poor however the design is the same as the picture displayed

We bought a car bed for my son during the January sales however a couple of weeks later we were contacted to say that they did not have all of the parts for the car that we had paid for and would we accept a replacement The replacement they offered was of a much cheaper type and did not look nearly as nice as the car we had originially picked I believe that as we bought the car in the sale they offered us a replacement for the sale value of the car rather than the spec we bought at the time We declined the replacement and were then offered a higher spec version of the car we had originally paid for same car more lights however we would need to pay an additional 50 for the upgrade I found it quite outrageous to ask us to pay as it was not our fault that they were unable to deliver the car we had ordered However as we had been waiting a while and my son grew impatient for his new bed we agreed We then had to wait an additional week for delivery as we were told that the delivery company travels to certain areas at certain times and we had to wait until they were visiting our area not something I was expecting in the age of next day delivery especially with such an expensive item When the car arrived we had not booked installation as this cost extra and we are quite experience putting flat pack furiture together However when I looked at the instruction sheet this turned out to be an extremely poor 1 page A4 copy that was barely legible Fortunately I was able to find some videos on youtube of people putting car beds together and our bed seems to be of a similar type When getting a bed worth over 500 I would expect a proper installation manual but I suppose the shop counts on people paying for the installation All in all the car looks nice and my son is happy but the service has been very disappointing If I had to buy again I would pay a bit more for the bed and get it from a better known shop

I bought 2 car beds for my children Delivery was delayed took more than a week and at the end Mr Farouq delivered the beds in his own car on weekend Beds are of good quality but finishing needs improvement there were several spots where base black paint was visible under the red painted areas also there was big spot of yellow paint on wrong spot it took very huge efforts to remove it while maintaining the red paint and at the end still some marks are showing I wanted to call for replacement but i knew it will take long time to replace it and i was in need for those beds since we moved to new house and the kids had no beds to sleep on In general good product but need some improvement with finishing i recommend it Special thanks to Mr Farouq for his efforts and communication

Firstly we didnt recieve a confirmation email so left wondering if order placed Delivery took longer than stated The bed we ordered wasnt available which we were informed of one day prior to delivery whilst a diferent substitute bed was in transit The bed looks good with cool lights and music but isnt practical for very young children as the my son now has a black eye from the sides of the bed being hard Requires padding or needs to be made of moulded plastic which is more child friendly
