Let me put my 2 cents into this I absolutely agree with the results this careerfitter quiz gave me Yes I am a silly women who decided to take leap of faith and pay the 20 and it was worth it It s about prospective I looked at it from the lens of I m ready to change my career but I wanted to INVEST in some extra guidance and it was worth it This isn t for someone who already is in the career they desire this is for those who need that extra push in the right direction This is what I experienced while taking the quiz I felt myself wanting to answer the questions based off of what I had to conform to while at my current job where there is little growth or creativity butttt then I thought how can this quiz be accurate if I am not answering the questions accurately so I answered the questions based off of the leader employee I instinctively am I got the best results that are truly fitting to who I know I am and what career I can envision myself doing for the rest of my life Please be aware this is a career fitter test based off of you knowing your personality and you giving them insight in your personality so they can decide what career fits you So if you don t quite know yourself or aren t willing to be open and honest with yourself about who you truly are then save your 20 for now and go do a personality trait check quiz

My thorough experience

I was a bit shocked that you have to pay for the full report but I chose to do so after having read a few comments here on trustpilot Now that I have seen the report I m really positive that I decided to do so My background I was recently let go as the CTO of a company and due to my young age I was quite confused as to whether I was good at my job as a CTO or not I ve mainly been working with startup companies so naturally the entrance level to attaining a C-role is quite low Most other tests have weighed creativity and analytical thinking as opposites which to me is a bit of a problem as I am quite a bit of both often resulting in me being somewhere in the middle of these tests I love to draw and tell stories but I also possess strong programming and math skills so finding a test that can reflect my hybrid profile is not easy This test took my duality into consideration and have actually recommended me jobs I believed I would be good at but I ve avoided due to my current work experience I haven t decided on anything yet but now I at least know what I m good at and why people value my profile Final thoughts The test was great at analyzing me individuallyThe results were in alignment with what I believe my profile isThe job recommendations have given me some self confidence backOverall I would say it is worth it if you like me are a bit confused about what to do now If you know your strengths and have settled within a work area this is probably not for you Best regardsKenneth Light Berle

The CareerFitter test is the first career personality test I encountered which gives consideration to both my personality and my work style I have always known that I have a very strong personality but CareerFitter gave me a different perspective about what career would be best suited for me how my personality affects my relationships at work etc I recommend everyone to try taking the test and see if you find it as helpful as I did You can try the free version first I purchased the premium report Also I had an issue login in at first because I accidentally used the wrong email address but customer service was pretty helpful
