Cup size wrong for anyone

Whoever made these bras has obviously never seen breasts The bras looked good online I bought because the larger band size looked like it would be supportive I measured correctly from the size chart online and it fit underneath but not the cup I am a 44F I bought a 46F On no planet will this fit anything bigger than a A cup My breasts would not even fit inside the cups

These are the worst bras I have ever tried there is NO support as advertised When I contacted customer service they said I could keep the bras and that they would send me a different size I said I want my money refunded back to my credit card and have not heard back frim them The company uses China to mass produce crappy products

I would advise not ordering anything

I would advise not ordering anything from this company The support bras I ordered didn t fit and had no cup definition -- definitely not what the picture of them looked like Because I was beyond the 7-days allowed for returns I was not eligible for a refund Who knew this when I placed the order I was offered a replacement but it had to be exactly what was in the original order This was of no use to me So I m out 50 and won t used this company again

Awful fit cheap material Nothing like advertised Tried to return still waiting on response and now it s past the timeframe to do anything about it Total SCAM and ripoff Whoever these people are they should be in jail for fraud and theft

How do they figure sizes

Ordered a size 11 bra supposed to fit 48D Received a 5X with very small cups only 36 long Contacted customer service obviously IReceived wrong size Nope they insist it is right size But offer you back 70 of your money minus shipping fees Or send in product and maybe get refund in a few weeks Also crappy scratchy feeling material Don t buy from here sir to poor quality and not likely to fit anyway

Carla Charm bras not what they advertise

Carla Charm bras looked exactly what I was looking for in a support bra Upon arrival they were nothing what I thought I was purchasing There was no support and cup sizes way smaller than normal Unfortunately I tried returning the 3 bras for a refund but I was told I was too late to return I was trying to return 9 days after receipt and I was told their return policy was 7 days Very very poor customer service from Shophelp the customer service company for Carla Charm in helping me resolve product problems Never again will I purchase or recommend Carla Charm products

Canceling my order is like pulling teeth

I placed an order with them last week After placing my orders I read more reviews and read their return policy I decided to cancel and sent a cancellation request less then 30 minutes later 5 day later they are still sending emails trying to convince me not to cancel my order The last email I received was offering me a 20 discount No I want the order canceled I will be contacting my credit card company
