Received my fish on 17 8 22 They appeared OK at first but I noticed one had a broken pectoral fin one has fin rot and one was bloated The bloated fish is now dead The carp with the broken fin is OK and the one with fin rot seems to be improving It s one thing to sell sick fish but it s a whole new other thing to offer poor service and ignore customer emails I was emailing Beth at this company about my issues but she hasn t felt like responding so I have been forced to put in a Paypal complaint and am waiting for a response I m sure they will be surprised at my email and sorry but it s all surface level waffle in my experience I ve bought and sold fish online for years and have never had to deal with anything like this Order Number 82614Update Seller has replied after the PayPal complaint was logged and this review was left I sent a video of the fish in one of my previous unreplied emails Waiting for refund offer and will update this review accordingly Update 3 9 22I have been paid my refund with advice to check my water quality - LOL Needless to say I will never use this company again The customer service has been disgraceful and they only replied to my emails once I d complained to Paypal and left a bad review here Thanks to Trustpilot for giving us this platform to flag up the unscrupulous business out there

Poor fish arrived with carp Herpes One had big hole in its side another had red marks after 5 days chloramine t red shores are worse and have spread to under there mouths and also on to other fish 3 have died and there is 3 more had to be removed for red shores contacted them spoke to Jack who had a very cocky attitude who denied herpes and said this is slanderous and said fish farmer says it isn t herpes chloramine t is one of the strongest meds I have used very powerfull antioxidant and fish just keep getting worse it s not good for these fish will probably lose them all I be very carefull of using these for fish make sure you quantine fish when you get them Better still don t use them This was my first order from these not impressed at all And if you hadn t lied in reply and blamed it on me the customer I wouldn t of left my review on you website If you don t want bad reviews don t send out sick fish that would of killed all my fish if I would of put them in my pond The public need to hear about you guys and if you are not carefull I will ring rspca I still have some fish that could be tested for carp Herpes

Very negative experience We had a pond containing four large koi which we had grown on for thirteen years Only one survived the white spot infection introduced by the mirror carp we ordered from Carpco Carpco postponed the original delivery date because the said that their fish had white spot they then contacted to say that the fish were now clean and they were duly delivered After a few days we noticed that the fish were behaving oddly but put this down to delivery stress Then the white spot became visible Four of the mirrors died followed by three of our precious koi Phone calls followed resulting in the supply of treatment by Carpco to supplement what we had bought Carpco were adamant that they would neither refund or collect their diseased fish In the mean time some of their mirrors developed cotton mouth The Carpco manager visited us to verify our claims Under a microscope he identified parasites in our one remaining koi He was defensive and had the outrageous nerve to say I feel hard done by He clearly felt that he was being generous when promising to supply us with three koi as compensation once further treatment had been completed I should have inspected the koi they sent before the delivery person left They were tiny It was obvious that they would struggle to compete for food The remaining koi is twenty times as large as the minnow koi and much smaller than the remaining mirrors Two of the minnows did manage to feed the third never did It flopped around on the surface occasionally swimming nose first into the side of the pond before dying A phone call to the Carpco manager met withe the usual defensive response and refusal to accept any responsibility for either the deaths of the fish they supplied or the deaths of our precious koi Never again

Not happy with your response You say it took us nine weeks to notify about the white spot oh no it didn t The fish did not arrive until several weeks after the order and they looked ok for a couple of weeks before the white spot became obvious As for compensation well three minnow sized koi as compensation for the loss of three twenty inch long beautiful koi and the deaths of four of the mirror carp you provided and now one of the compensatory minnow koi not 7 to 8 inches more like 5 inches with one of the other two now looking decidedly unhappy What really rankles is your saying I feel really hard done by such a defensive and arrogant object lesson in dreadful customer relations

Still far from happy with your reply As previously stated it was not nine weeks before we raised concerns You use the order date as the start of the alleged nine weeks the fish arrived three weeks later because of your concerns re white spot We phoned several times before the first email Phone calls were not always answered Ok someone at Carpco screwed up mistakes happen What rankles so much is your refusal to accept responsibility and compensation and your attempts to blame us for your mistakes Your sick fish cost us three very large koi hassle and stress Bad product and even worse customer care

Highly disappointed I bought 20 fishes all of them died in one month

I do not recommend I bought some fishes all of them died in short time I checked quality of water was ok Other fishes from my pond was not affected just new ones died Bad experience with this company

Purchased a fish feeder which I had a problem with They did replace the feeder and then I had problems with the next one Returned it and they said there was no fault I asked them to run it on test for a couple of weeks to see if the fault reoccured Over 2 months later the feeder has not been returned A shame because as far as fish supply is concerned I find them a very helpful company

Purchased some Rudd Goldfish and Crucian Delivery was late but that s the couriers fault did look packaged well I could hear them flapping about 10 fish in a single bag one fish was trapped in the corner fold One of the Rudd had a terrible fungus infection they said it could of been from stress from delivery I don t think so it looks to have been suffering for a while it look horrible and a far progressed infection They sent a treatment out I have continued the treatment and I lost a Crucian to the same looking infection and today a Goldfish They did refund 2 fish though I purchased all the fish I needed at the same time due to costly delivery now I need to replace these fish I pray that my heathy fish I have had years don t catch anything
