Saw a car at Coventry but I live in Nottingham so dealt with Chloe who understood how much I wanted the car and helped to make that happen for me when the price was a bit out of my range Her communication was great and when the car was delivered to her in a terrible state that neither of us were expecting she sent me a video to show the damage and instantly said that it would be sorted and painted before I collected This meant me collecting the car a few days later than I wanted to but I appreciated the honesty and integrity of Chloe and the fact it was being sorted without me having to ask When I picked up the car it was perfect Even better than I expected for a used car Thank you Chloe for your time effort and attention to detail and making me able to have the car I really wanted

Simon looked after me on the few occasions i came into the store I bought a car and everything was explained clearly He did all the paperwork and sorted road tax out too Over all all the staff were pleasant I would also like to thank Melissa the manager Thanks again Simon I m sure I ll be back if i need to purchase another vehicle

We recently brought a car from car store Shrewsbury we dealt with Jake who was extremely helpful in finding us the perfect car We even got to pick the car up the next day Jake was very polite and very professional He advised on which packages would benefit us with the car 10 10 customer service Thank you so much

My first car

Brought my first car from carstore a few weeks ago when arrived i was greeted by Bailey who made the whole experience of purchasing a new car exciting I can t thank him enough and the rest of the team I can definitely say I will be using carstore again for my next car Thanxs everyone

Happy and Caring staff

I recently went to look for a car I only had a small budget so was a bit cautious to go somewhere like this as i didnt think they would want to help me It was the complete opposite the staff were so happy and knowledgeable about what they could do and how they could find the best car for me and my budget I test drove a couple of cars with the salesperson who took their time to understand me and my needs I will definitely be recommended them to my friends
