AVOID THIS COMPANY Philip Pearson reneged on an 35 no win no fee agreement and lost me many thousands He stated in an email that the firm offered me this deal but never sent me any paperwork to sign and later stated the 35 agreement was no longer an option because I did not sign it After telling me this was a guaranteed win due to the evidence he crumbled at first contact with the defendants legal firm and told me their offer 20 000 less than ours was a good deal and to accept it as if I went to tribunal I would need to pay his firm 15 000 which he knew I could not afford and was the reason for the 35 agreement This firm is spineless and has zero regard for mentally ill clients and outsource their formal complaints to another law firm who are clearly biased in their favour AVOID THIS COMPANY

Poor experience on couple of occasions

Poor experience on couple of occasions Rita Kotecha dealt with my request and she has been very slow to respond On both the occasions the submissions included spelling mistakes She didn t bother to even send it to me for approval before final submission I will not recommend

Absolutely disgraceful firm From start to finish their legal advice was shockingly poor and each solicitor as incompetent as the other There are many other firms out there that offer competent and respectful service this is not one of them

Cartwright King no communication slow

Cartwright King was allocated by Express Conveyancing for a fast conveyance for my daughters 1st purchase the solicitor despite receiving the necessary documents from the Vendor lied about receiving them then lied about responding We are not is able to get them to communicate and we are now over 2 months in and they have still not given a date for exchange If you are not in a hurry and want a very slow but cheap service they may eventually get the job done
