Don t order from this company

Ordered a waterproof case for new iPhone 15 understanding they have a 60 day returns policy The case arrived which didn t look very substantial so I emailed requested to return it and order another more substantial case from Casebus needless to say they don t respond the phone number they provide doesn t ring through Like many others on here have said this is the first place I should have looked

Product says with screen protector in the check out fine print says screen protector is not included in some models and gives a list tried to call customer service number nobody answers you have to do an email to get any replies Went to Amazon cheaper product casebus was a total waste of 50 bucks

I should have gone on trust pilot first Reviews on page must be fake because what I ordered even though it looked kind of like what I thought I d be getting a tripod a 15 pro max case and tempered glass screen the quality fit and function of all the items are of the absolute lowest standard I m unable to leave a review on the site so the reviews that are there must be fake I m not even going to try to return it just save your time and money

If I could give -5 stars I would This is one of the worst buying return experiences ever Fortunately I used PayPal and was able to dispute the transaction through them Their website contains misleading product descriptions the contact phone number is simply a recording that they can t take your call right now Even though the pages are plastered with American flags you re dealing via email with someone in China if you try to return an item they demand you ship to China and pay for it Save yourself a migraine and shop elsewhere

Wish I could give negative points that s how disappointing the product is and lack of response when tryouts to reach out to them Ordered a phone case leather and in less than 5 months it was falling apart I sent pictures and asked how they would propose to remedy the situation No response I guess I should have done better research on the company before purchasing

Ordered a case and camera protector for an s20 ultra Case felt cheap and low quality not worth the 35 I paid the camera protector was half the size of the s20 camera don t buy

I had read independent reviews before taking this chance It doesn t matter how nice they are as they tell lies and sell CR P My case was weeks later than it should ve been when I wrote to inquire I was told it was worth the wait also CR P The case not only looks and feels cheap it was sold specifically for a Samsung S23 Ultra but neither a fingerprint nor stylus can be detected through the screen cover and my touch on the keyboard works about 50 of the time They have responded to my request to return by saying I have two choices 1 I can live with it or 2 I can return it at my own expense I disagree I can leave reviews on every possible site and dispute the charge with my credit card provider as it simply does not work for the device for which it was sold I really HATE companies like this

Just bought a product from this company

Just bought a product from this company online December and I wanted to return it I had to email them first which I found it strange tbh I have been told twice by their customer support that returning the product was not a recommended option I have also been informed I have to return the product back to China even though there is a UK return address on the box After discussing with customer support they offered me an 8 refund which I have accepted not ideal but I had no better choice Avoid them
