Long delays in receiving product

Their website indicated delivery times of 1-3 days 5 days at worst 3 5 weeks later my order of 2 basic bottles of shampoo arrived

Unbearable delivery system

I ordered two times hair products from cat walk and both the time I have waited 10 days to dispatch my order from their warehouse so poor with the delivery really disappoint

Shop elsewhere I ve ordered from this company twice now The first time was a bad experience however I thought I d give them another go to see if their service had improved but it absolutely hasn t As a consumer I m not asking for anything outside of receiving my order and having clear communication when there is a problem and unfortunately both are a miss with Catwalk Really disappointing and it s clear others have the same issues when trying to deal with them When there are so many reviews online asking if the company is actually a scam that s pretty telling of what kind of organisation you re dealing with

Don t waste your time

Said would be dispatched within 1-3 days Ordered almost two weeks ago and order still not dispatched Have emailed them asking why - no response Not worth the discounted pricing to be honest

Not worth saving a few dollars

If you want your package picked packed and delivered correctly in a timely manner this is not the company for you Had to follow up on each step correct mistakes request a refund to finally receive all parts of the order Packaging was poor quality and arrived damaged missed promo items in first part of delivery Not worth the headache when so many fantastic alternatives available

They sent a faulty hair dryer

They sent a faulty hair dryer Hair dryer randomly shutting off and then wouldn t turn on switches started sparking and a burning smell was coming from the hair dryer I emailed regarding the issue they wanted me to send video proof I said no as it was a safety concern They then said I need to pay for the return and they will test it and I may incur more fees The cost of the return almost outways the cost of a new hair dryer I will never shop with this company or ever recommend them

Worst experience and would not trust

Terrible experience I ordered something in July 2024 I followed up multiple times after ordering to see where my order was at and they advised me in August that my item was actually out of stock and no estimation on when it was restocked This went on for a while and I continued to question when they would get stock otherwise I d request a refund until eventually they advised me at the end of October that it had supposedly already been shipped The evidence they provided me of the shipping was obviously fake because the date of shipping was 30 July supposedly when they were out of stock I never received the product I had to follow up twice more to get another response in February to which they advised me that my time to report this was outside the timeframe within 7 days of shipping Terrible experience will not shop here again

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service I placed an order and they sent me the wrong product and then expected me to pay full shipping cost to send the right product Gave them several opportunities to rectify and end with a satisfied customer but zero interest Will never order from then again

Wish I could give zero stars Scammers After about a month of trying to get them to send my order I finally lodged a complaint with PayPal Lucky I did pay using PayPal otherwise I would have never received what I ordered or never received a refund from Catwalk So many emails backwards and forwards with them over weeks So many promises they d send in the next couple of days I finally asked them to cancel my order and refund me They also promised to do this within 3 days A week later nothing had happened so I finally lodged the complaint with PayPal Uploaded screen shots of all my correspondence with Catwalk and PayPal gave me a full refund right away Catwalk clearly never had any intention of sending what I payed for or giving me a refund I m completely sure they are just scammers So glad I didn t pay using my credit card details Who knows what these dodgy scammers would get up to with credit card details
