Nice Healthcare is not good for quick service
Nice Healthcare is a service offer by my employer and they really push for us to use this app I have contacted them 3 times and in 2 occasions it was not good This review is for the resent interaction I called for a appointment because I had contacted covid and was experiencing a full body painful rash after taking Aleve to help with a splitting head ache they set my appointment for two days later for a morning appointment I decided I need more a mediated care and made a emergency call to my pcp for good reason I was suffering from anaphylaxis and needed to good to the emergency room ASAP Today was the appointment with NHC and they changed the time of the appointment to later time and they next day How helpful is that Not at all and trying to chat they still have not responded So use this service at your own risk of dying while waiting for care
