I wish I could have given a 4 5 but rounded up because even though I wanted large denominations and was given what I assume was a tourist package of assorted denominations the bills were all brand new With a little creative sorting and wrapping I was able to get them in the greeting card at minimum bulk And even though the charged rate was substantially above the actual exchange rate at the time of order it was not really objectionable as they are entitled to reasonable rates for their otherwise excellent service I would recommend to friends
