Thankyou Moneycorp for replying to my comment Also for one of your agents contacting me personally My issue was that having painstakingly filled in my details on their site I was invited to then fill in a 6 digit authentication number which would be sent to my message box On accessing my message box on my smartphone and returning to the Moneycorp site on the same device as I accessed the message I found that the details which I had previously entered were no longer there The Moneycorp agent assured me that steps were being taken to address this problem I shall look for this problem to be addressed in the future Moneycorp are not the only company guilty of the practice of losing the information which you have input when returning to their site after you have sought a security code in your messages and then returned to the site to input it However Moneycorp are to be commended for 1 The high calibre of service from their agents over the phone 2 For calling me personally the following day after Trutpilot published this issue 3 For publishing a reply on Trustpilot Some companies appear to have a policy of not replying to comments on social media These companies must be avoided by consumers Such companies include Mercedes Benz a supposedly prestige car manufacturer

Decent rates excellent service tech

Decent rates Super attentive staff TBH couldn t wish for better service Good IT too with 2FA well implemented I did some FX work in my career il no expert but I think moneycorp are hard to beat

Have used Moneycorp for all my large foreign currency requirements since 2007 Very easy to do business with More recently Nasima Ali assisted with converting euros to sterling following our property sale and was highly professional throughout all dealings Very quick and efficient service too would highly recommend

Ian Pitts was great - explaining it to me in simple terms so that I understood what needed to be set up the rate that I would receive and resolving a last minute hitch for the final transfer It took the hassle out of this whole experience and I was able to sort out the transfer with very little fuss - I would recommend
