Great customer service

I paid extra for fast delivery but the advent calendar I ordered didn t arrive on time which caused some disappoinment for my daughter I was immediately refunded the entire cost of the calendar and delivery and we got to keep the calendar which arrived a few days later I would buy from them again

UPS damaged my package EDIT

After UPS damaged my package and never delivered it I didn t get an email response from CCC so I left a kind of petty review to speed up response time and of course it worked and I did get a phone call but the phone call honestly made up for everything You could tell whoever was calling felt genuinely bad about me not getting a response and honestly was embarrassed He said he would be sending me a new one and would be getting me a tracking number today After the review i left I have to say the service was exceptional but I did have to leave a review to get feedback which is why I m giving 4 stars

Speedy delivery and good product

Speedy delivery even with everything going on and the cutout arrived in a good condition shipping is a tad pricey but I get it as the package is relatively big I ordered the small one and it s still a decent size Have ordered from here before and would again if I needed a cutout

I found this company very easy to deal

I found this company very easy to deal with both through their website and through Ebay when they helped me with a delivery query I ordered 11 masks for my sisters hen do and they were very helpful The only gripe I would have is that their photo for the cutout of RuPaul needs updating as is from a 90 s photo

Product excellent

Product excellent ordering easy only downfall was delivery waited in all morning only to receive message that delivery had failed due to nobody in Then palaver of having to either waste another morning or go to pick up point at a pharmacy miles out of way choose the latter but v cross as had changed schedule in order to be in for delivery I don t think they tried at all

Hello Heather Tom is beautiful and definitely worth it However Irina Shayk appears to be a bit smudged and out of focus Not terrible though I still like her enough to keep her Overall your website and your service are wonderful and I look forward to placing my next order soon Kevin

I cannot fault the product however i am

I cannot fault the product however i am a little disappointed I had informed you that i would possibly be ordering again I notice i must pay full postsge once again if i order And the truth is i could be orderin at least 10 however unless i order in bulk i am made pay full postage each time

Great product

Great product The only reason this is not 5 stars is because of the delivery time I needed this for taking to work on Monday morning but it arrived at my house on Monday while I was at work I understand delivery times may be different just now due to COVID Overall very happy and would use this site again I ll just make sure I place orders with more time to spare

Service was great but next day delivery would be better

Service was great website easy to use and order arrived when it said it would Even got an update email to say it was on its way and when to expect it The only thing that would have made this a 5 is to have an option for fast track delivery e g next day as I needed it sooner than it ended up arriving This is not to say it was late - it arrived when it said it would I was just crossing my fingers it would come early

Great quality double check you pick the correct size

The quality was great but I made a mistake only ordered a small one when I wanted a life size one
