Great customer service

I received the order in 2 shipments because one of the cutouts was so large Their customer service called me to let me know so I wouldn t worry I really appreciated that kind of communication The cut outs look great Fooled alot of people when I posted pics on Facebook

40th birthday surprise

For my sister-in-laws 40th birthday I ordered a lifesize version of her favorite idol I loved standing next to him when he arrived and I can t wait to get him at her door to surprise her on her birthday It isn t even MY idol and I loved receiving him haha

Excellent A I just wanted to leave a review to thank Celebrity Cutouts for providing such a fantastic service Not only were they so efficient with their communication but the speedy delivery was also very impressive as well as the quality of the item I ordered I can t recommend them enough

Impeccable customer service

All I can say is that the customer service is impeccable I had recieved a damaged cutout and the person I spoke to Sasha I think it was was just so understanding and patient with my rants about the courier as it was a birthday gift for my sister I did also briefly speak to Abbie who was also lovely I would most definitely order from here again based on the service alone as it seems to be rare these days I did actually purchase last year but have been a little poorly so here I am now Better late than never I say

Why Celebrity Cutouts is an amazing brand

I love my lifesize Machine Gun Kelly cutout It s very durable super realistic and accurate on height The price was reasonable and the shipping was fast easy to open and the cutout was very easy to setup in just seconds Love this company and would definitely suggest to others and consider ordering from there again

Great cut outs and fantastic customer service I had an issue with my order arriving damaged which they dealt with very quickly My email was answered within about an hour and a replacement was sent out straightaway which arrived with no problems Thank you for providing great service

as an obsessed fangirl i ve bought almost 20 cutouts from celebrity cutouts i can t imagine buying cutouts from anywhere else their shipping is fast checkout is easy and they are such good quality i ve only had one problem with my cutout coming bent ups s fault and my issue was resolved very quickly and i got a replacement quickly as well highly highly recommend this place
