Lousy customer service
My order took 17 days 13 business days to complete after an initial estimate of 3-10 days Three to ten Could you try to be more specific That might have been OK if customer service had been helpful All they did was read scripted answers and ignore my questions There must be someone else who can unlock your phone without leaving you in the dark for two weeks addendum In their response to my review below they claim that they informed me several times by email about the delay in my order That is simply untrue I only learned this information when I went to the trouble to ask for it after my order was not completed within the initial time period Even then I only got very vague information that seemed like it was read from a script and many of my questions were ignored They accused me of speaking rudely so let me explain At the end of the 13th business day after my order I contacted customer service to ask why my order hadn t been completed I was put on hold and when the representative came back I was told that my order had been completed I checked my email and there it was time-stamped one minute earlier Clearly they had my order ready but didn t send it until I asked them to Fine But when I pointed that out the representative insisted that it was simply a coincidence that my order had been completed at the exact minute that I contacted customer service I didn t mind the delay so much as being lied to I said how dumb do you think I am If that was rude so be it They seem to think that if they constantly defend themselves and never admit mistakes that will pass for customer service It does not Sometimes a simple apology is needed I imagine that if everything goes right with your order this company provides a great service If not buyer beware addendum We could go on like this forever Every time I point out something you ve lied about you remove it and change your story You absolutely did say in your first response that you emailed me about the delay and that is still a blatant untruth Unlike you I m not deleting or changing anything I ve said And you most certainly did not respond to every question I asked not even close Typing something from a script that has no bearing on the question is not responding Given that my sole complaint is and always has been that your customer service is terrible and incapable of admitting wrongdoing you re only making my point for me by carrying on like this You tell bold-faced lies to your customers and then accuse them of being disrespectful when they call you on it Shameful
