I put in an order and received an average unlock time of 5-15 business days It s been over 20 now Once it hit 20 I reached out twice and have not heard back If you call you get a phone message that says to email This is clearly fraud and now I have to open a credit card dispute There s also no chat turned off all ad blockers on the site like it says there is If anybody wants to actually respond my order number is I appreciate that the company followed up here it s just annoying that I had to go to great lengths to get this done Phone was not unlocked but a refund was provided

Got there eventually

Hi everyone After reading peoples reviews I decided to use this company to unlock my Samsung S6 on Rogers The web page states they will give you a refund if they are unable to unlock the phone so no lose Unfortunately I had to wait 6 days to get the unlock code and they had poor communication The one only time they told me what was happening is when I emailed them There portal didn t give me any indication that anything was happening I would not use these again

It worked but expensive

It does what it says My Samsung Galaxy Note 2 from Globe Telecom was unlocked easily The price I paid is 29 99 and they promised a 50 refund if I upload the video of unlocking I did but after about 2 weeks I still have not received any word from them whether the video I made and uploaded is approved I made several followup already but no reply from them While the code worked I think it is very expensive at 29 99

In the end it worked but a loooonnnngggg time to implement

In the end it worked great - but it took from a placed order 27th June - all the way to 20th July before the service worked It was a simple iPhone 8 SIM unlock - not iCloud or anything like that There are much less expensive and faster services out there - and I was left hanging while they took their time

Submitted to unlock my iPhone XR on T-Mobile USA It took over 2 weeks And Back and forth with them to do it They kept telling me that the system was down globally and that they had no ETA So I went to T-Mobile and got it unlocked the same day I requested a refund the following morning from them and later that evening I got the unlocked email from them even though it was already unlocked from T-Mobile They refuse to give me a refund Total waste of 100

Never got my order it s almost 3x the suggested time

Update They assisted with manually unlocking my phone Ran to a little but of an issue but was eventually sorted out Original review Ordered on the 8th of May and it is now 3rd of June it was suppose to be done 1-5 days I tried calling support but after waiting on the phone for 20 mins it then tells me no one is available to take my call I just want my refund back

The code they sent me did not work They stopped responding to my emails after proving to them that the code did not work I ve since been provided with the real unlock code by the manufacturer Edit after seeing my review I was contacted immediately and provided with a full refund It s a shame it takes a negative review to get the company s attention I have adjusted my review from 1 star to 3 as a gesture of good-will

ive used this company 3 times but this time around it is taking forever It usually takes 1-3 days but it s already been 12 days and nothing yet Update they reached out to me and gave me a 48 time frame

Rude service

I must say that unlocking my Samsung Galaxy was rather quick easy But my issue is with how the company handled my daughter s iPhone We both bought the unlock service on the same day Mine was done within 24 hours Her s on the other hand is still not unlocked after little over 2 weeks When she contacted costumer service support they were rather rude to her twice They claim to have 24 7 support but I will say they do not Both of us found them replying to emails does not happen Though we are still waiting for her phone to be unlocked so she can actually use her phone again I must say for now the only complaint is the rude service we received In response to the reply the order number for my daughter is 4137156
