False and misleading advertising for botox serum and neck cream
I purchased botox serum and neck cream from this company Their product videos description and images portrayed these products to work effortlessly I was excited when receiving both products about a month later However after using the neck cream and botox serum they did not show any difference on the treated area This product does not work as seen in the videos - Do not be fooled by the false and misleading advertising I contacted the company through their support page They replied almost instantly to my initial email but after i replied mentioning to return both items they have not replied to any emails since It s been over a month Poor customer Service Luckily i paid through PayPal opened a case and was able to get a refund for both products significantly not as described by the seller
