This company has been such a godsend
This company has been such a godsend for my dog and I It may sound pathetic to some people but my dog is my life My dog is just like family to me No amount of extra curricular activities friendships or counseling can provide what my dog provides Not everyone is blessed with a large family or lucky enough to have family around them all the time My dog has helped me through some really tough moments This company has enabled me to see that I have a right to my dog For some people having a dog is integral for being healthy mentally The therapeutic benefits of a pet have been widely studied Landlords and airline companies just don t understand In many cities it s so hard to find an affordable apartment that allows pets I would recommend this company to anyone They have real legitimate therapists that contact you regarding issues you may have The other thing that I appreciate about the company is they stay up to date about all the current laws with psychiatric service dogs and emotional pets It really helps

No worries
I ve traveled with my dog multiple times and had no problem They never questioned my letter at all She sat on my lap and took naps Customer Service helped me when I lost my letter and I was able to make my flight I highly recommend Certapet

Certapet is great I love my annual talks with my therapist and am always up to date on all news regarding Emotional Support animal rules My dog and I have a great life because of them

I have been with CertaPet since 2019
I have been with CertaPet since 2019 They have been amazing and so supportive in helping me get my pup as an ESA for me My pup has significantly helped with my mental health the last few years as well as my doctor I would highly recommend them to all family and friends
