Scam- similar to other reviews I had not used this service since 2020 I was charged 179 99 in May 2023 have reached out multiple times to cancel and the continue to randomly charge me 9 99 and 19 99 Cannot get ahold of them on the phone or email

This company is fraudulent Will not give me a refund These companies are all fake You can t have an ESA dog without having ongoing care with a licensed psychiatrist They do not offer ongoing care with anyone they take your money and leave you with bogus paperwork This company is located in Asia

I completely agree with others in this thread who say that Therapy Pet is a scam I tried them out just to draw my own conclusions They did not deliver on a single promise so I asked my bank to check them out I paid with a credit card - which you always should do because if you run into a case such as this it s easier than debit card to get the transaction reversed In an extreme case - which this is not - a hacker posing as a legitimate business can attempt to gain access to your account via ACH payments or debit card payments Anyway the bank found that it was a scam and reversed the transactions involved

100 a SCAM They will continue to charge your CC until you cancel the card I m assuming the positive reviews on here are posted by someone within this fraudulent business STAY FAR AWAY

"ABSOLUTELY FAKE "

ABSOLUTELY FAKE Friend of mine referred me to Therapy Pet because it worked for her I filled out their questionnaire paid 149 99 and NEVER received my ESA letter I submitted payment March 29th and called every day up until April 8th asking about my ESA letter Customer service kept saying they were looking into it At one point they sent an email saying I would get my ESA letter that same night NOTHING I gave up I called my credit card company who is now working to revert the 149 99 charge PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not give this company your money You ve Been Warned

This site is a SCAM Avoid at all costs My wife signed up with them for our sheepadoodle which we flew with a few times 2 years ago My wife sent an email to cancel the service about a year ago and they are still charging her Recently we considered flying with our dog again and called to inquire about updating our documents They told her it would be more money despite having charged her monthly for the last year in exchange for no services She called and verbally canceled their service and they are still changing her Disputing the charges worked for one month but then they kept charging Finally she had to cancel her credit card and get a new card issued to get them to stop submitting charges They utterly terrible AVOID at all costs or it could be a pricey mistake

"Terrible customer service and false claims"

It claims all over the website you can have and ESA letter in 48 hours I ordered my results to be looked at by a therapist on August 13 and never received any information on said letter until I called on August 23 10 days later They never answered I had to leave a voicemail They called back the next day and said my letter was just getting to a therapist on the 22nd I emailed and called numerous more times about updates of the letter Nothing Finally I call them on September 5 to cancel my letter and get my money back And they try to keep me as a client by telling me I m suppose to receive my letter the day after Maybe my letter was gonna show up the day after but I cancelled and will never know Regardless communication between them and I was minimal to non existent even when requested for updates just about every week

"Total Ripoff "

This is the worst They charged me three payments and automatically enrolled me into some Club for 9 99 a month that wasn t stated on the website which I immediately canceled Let s not even discuss the quality of the letter WORTHLESS After three weeks I never received the hard copy letter the ID and the vest I had paid to have it expedited I asked about it and they said that USPS was delayed and that the item was shipped three weeks ago TherapyPet blames on Covid but I ordered in June and USPS has been operating perfectly And if something is shipped via USPS it can be tracked from the time USPS gets the package This is a scam whereby a tracking number is created but there is nothing sent They pay top dollar to get first placement on Google but if you check the reviews the reviews are the worst This is a schlock operation if ever I ve experienced one THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE DEFINITELY DONE BY THE COMPANY GO WITH THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS

"Fraud Fraud Fraud Scam Scam Scam "

I purchased a letter in good faith including the additional pet fee which I believed would allow our two small dogs to be registered us one for me and one for my wife Immediately after purchase I received an email telling me I was subscribed to a monthly service with PawsX for 9 99 I instantly knew this was a fraudulent site scamming people A complete bait and switch My naivety was the result of a friend having gotten a letter from them However they weren t automatically subscribed to a monthly service which tells me they TherapyPet org PawsX com have evolved their scam to try and get you in an ongoing scheme I signed immediately signed into the PawsX account with the info they sent me included in the email to cancel the supposed monthly subscription It will not let you cancel it I then called them and spoke to someone that English is clearly not their native language I requested immediate cancellation of all services including the letter They started back pedaling and telling me it was too late and the letter was already completed It had been all of 10 minutes and they were telling me my letter was already completed by a licensed therapist and that they couldn t cancel it Liars No other word for it It s a SCAM These websites and companies should be wiped from the face of the Earth I was told I would receive an email from a supervisor by the end of the day confirming my cancellation Needless to say I haven t received anything Cancelling my credit card and disputing the charges It is truly pitiful that these type of people exist DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM BUYER BEWARE
