Terrible service

Terrible service don t care about the customer They didn t hear what is customer service customer satisfaction short-term thinkers of their business My experience I order a couple of items a couple of days ago and they have the delivery option morning I pick the morning one to receive e from 9 am - 1 30 pm 4 30 hour for delivery they bring 30min later and substantiate that delivery man before was in the hospital that s why I say ok send me my extra delivery money back because you don t bring my order in that time I was connected with their NO customer support member via WhatsApp and they answered when they won t like very chill there is no happens that time I was very nervous because was my girl birthday I take morning delivery to receive in the morning but I m waiting and waiting So my advice doesn t use their service because that wasn t good also products not such justified by their price And I m waiting till now to receive an email that they refund my extra delivery fee but I know that I will wait until the end of my life

Horrible experience

I ordered 32 cupcakes which were packed by the bakery into two large cake boxes rather than cupcake boxes with individual sections as any professional bakery would use The cupcakes were delivered on time by a friendly driver who due to this careless packaging had no chance of delivering them intact even if he were a magician He handed me two boxes of ruined unrecognisable cake mass that was only good for a garbage bin I took pictures and videos and shared them with ChefPanda immediately upon delivery This happened on Tuesday afternoon ChefPanda generally takes a few hours to reply but they responded promptly to failed order message They apologized for my ruined order and said they would investigate the issue with their delivery company Personally I fail to see how the delivery company is at fault when the bakery doesn t even know how to properly pack cupcakes for delivery I requested a refund and assumed we would be case closed But no ChefPanda replied that they do not give refunds because they processed my order Frankly I was shocked by the overall experience and their responses I reminded them that they had delivered two boxes of garbage not my order They continued to insist that the order was fulfilled and my only solution would be to reorder 32 cupcakes on another date of my choice For context The cupcakes were for my daughter s 10th birthday celebration at school which was on the same day on Tuesday and it was ruined by ChefPanda She was crying at school pick up I certainly have no desire to use this appalling service again but it seems they are forcing me to do so for an order they failed to deliver and that I no longer need To make matters worse according to their own Terms they should offer a coupon valid for 15 months in such cases but I wasn t even given that option just 32 cupcakes I no longer need from a bakery that doesn t know how to deliver them It s been two business days and I still have no resolution from them They even stopped replying to my messages as of this morning 7 hours ago I haven t experienced such poor service in a very long time which is why I am leaving a detailed review to warn other potential customers Just buy from somewhere else

Surprise Mother s Day flowers was not a surprise as it never turned up They wont refund my son despite the company delivery to the a different address and bot the correct one given

Cake was awful seller says too bad

Cake icing was awful all cracked up and their answer once I complained was that can happen with whipped cream You should have ordered another type of icing The experience was bad from the start I ordered a 3kg cake and they told me hey had no way to know the sizing of the cake Not even an estimate

Awful company

Awful company I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wedding that arrived brown Besides this they delivered them 40min late As soon as the van arrived I went to it and saw that the bouquet came without any kind of protection No wonder the roses were looking bad I complained about the bouquet and they said that they couldn t replace it on the day and Didn t offer to compensate in any way Don t recommend it at all

The order arrived late as scheduled even paying a lot of money for shipping They don t give you any follow up for the shipment or the carrier in charge The flowers arrived 3 days later after complaining and they were all dead Money wasted

Flowers for a friend who had heart operation

I have ordered flowers for a friend who came out from the hospital after a very difficult heart operation The transportation company they used to send the flowers put the box turn around and the flowers arrived broken I have complaint and sent picture and they told me that only one rose was broken Really bad services I won t use then again Orlando Pereira

I ordered a birthday cake as it is personalized with the birthday boy s name and age I received a cake without any personalization with an edible congratulations tag Contacted the company I got the answer send an email with photos we won t solve this today they only make cakes at night I asked for a refund with the same indifference I was told to ask and that it would soon be seen if it would fit in the procedures I do not recommend
