Run for the hills
Run for the hills ordered delivery for today for our wedding anniversary and received an email stating that it was delivered It was not Called them twice they say for privacy purposes they can t give me the name of the florist They insist it was delivered offered a 20 refund with delivery tomorrow Tried to explain to the guy our anniversary was today not tomorrow and again requested a full refund He then offered 40 then 60 Supposedly going to give me a full refund we shall see Bottom line it s not the refund it s the deceit

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service Paid extra to make sure my elderly Aunt would get birthday flowers on her birthday That was days ago still don t know if she ll get anything or when I ve contacted them multiple X s a day only response is they are contact with florist If this is because of COVID or worker shortage or whatever than just tell people that or put something on your website Use someone anyone else

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service Will never use them again Spent 75 on a bouquet for a friend and they sent a cheap potted mum in a crappy container Nothing nice about Very disappointed Was supposed to be delivered on Saturday and didn t arrive until Wednesday afternoon even though I paid extra Made no offer to credit account Obviously don t care about keeping business

I called the customer care 800 two separate time s and asked if the flowers could be delivered no later than 4pm otherwise the delivery would be pointless I truly didn t think what I was asking wasn t that far fetched However in any case my request wasn t accommodated Moving forward I will never order flowers from this company again

I sent birthday flower s which never arrived When I enquired they said that they had arrived without any explanation or who they were handed to I ordered these internationally so it s even more difficult to deal with them I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as I see how bad this company is stealing people s money

SendFlowers will never let you leave
I have not used this service in over 6-years as the quality of the product did not justify the prices paid I m trying to clean up old unused profiles and found that there s no way to do it from my sendflowers account Everyone I ve spoken to in customer service is unable to help They keep repeating the same canned response about logging into fromyouflowers com which makes no sense at all since my credentials don t work on that site The bottom line is SendFlowers does not allow users to remove close their account and have no desire or technical expertise to help Stay away from this company Your best bet is to find and directly contact a local florist wherever you re trying to have flowers sent You ll get better quality flowers and much better service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I ordered an arrangement for my Aunt s birthday They finally delivered 3 days late They did send an email each day saying it would be the next day and seemed polite enough But there was never a good explanation for delay This just is not a serious company I don t really trust them I honestly thought I had been had The stress and worry over the outcome of ordering is not worth it

My fianc never received the flowers I
My fianc never received the flowers I ordered and paid for I called the service line which is serviced by a call-center in India and whose attendants have a very heavy accent that is difficult to understand I was told that the flowers were delivered I assured the attendant they were not as my fianc was home all day and they never arrived The attendant then informed me that they needed 48 hours to investigate the matter I then asked to know the name of the actual florist that was to deliver the arrangement and was told it was against company policy to disclose that information So I paid all most 200 dollars for flowers that as of 72 hours since ordering have not been delivered and I cannot even discover the actual florist that was supposed to be handling the order and I have no recourse I asked for a refund of my money and they said they would not refund until they had finished investigating the matter 3 days later no flowers no information and they have my money
