BUYER BEWARE In spite of Cheryl s Cookies coming individually wrapped they develop mold very quickly When I contacted customer service they said a supervisor would call me back they never did So I am leaving this 1-star review in hopes that other people will read this before ordering from this awful company

I will never order from Cheryls cookies

I will never order from Cheryls cookies again I have ordered hundreds of dollars of cookies for various occasions Free shipping was a perk and quick delivery That is gone now along with quality Too bad local company but no thank you Ordered cookies on Wednesday before Easter they will be delivered 4 7 21 funny how they could be delivered within 2 days before Thanks but no thanks Customer lost forever

Ordered VALENTINES but received CHRISTMAS

February 4th- Ordered VALENTINES cookies but today I received MERRY CHRISTMAS tins filled with CHRISTMAS cookies Called Customer Service and they ll be shipping out the correct order SIX days from now I doubt they will be received by VALENTINES DAY Makes me question how true their cookie freshness claim really is

If only customer service equal to product

Great cookies - awful customer service Ordered from their site but the product was from Harry Davids The wrong item was delivered Ordered a big Birthday Bakery Tray lots of goodies wrapping keepsake tray Instead a blueberry pie arrived Customer service said can t help - contact Harry David 30 mins in I m with H D agreed to send correct product but days later I paid for expedited shipping so the absolute least was done Replaced but that s it Not acceptable for a person s birthday Had ordered from Cheryl s and H D many times disappointing and NOT what was expected

Gross sugar coma zero flavor other than sweet

These cookies have enough sugar to put you in sugar coma There are some flavors that sound good until you bite into it and it nothing but sweet These might be something a little kid would enjoy but as an adult I actually like to taste something other than straight sugar I personally think they are disgusting

late delivery - and never notified

Ordered 3 gifts for three different people Made sure deliver was scheduled before the weekend and a holiday however the delivery was still 4 days late After the weekend and after holiday When I contacted the company first they told me they would be delivered on time after 30mins they changed their answer They informed me that deliveries are not guaranteed unless I do a special express delivery I will never use them again even though they gave me a gift card savings pass for future orders

Worse customer service ever

Worse customer service ever After being on hold for 30minutes I left my number for a call back that never came Finally got a live person who couldn t help me because they sold out of cookie memberships a company that sells cookies asked for a supervisor she said she would have one call me back in 30 minutes that never happened Will never give this company another dollar See why Cheryl herself sold out

Poor shipping and delivery

Extremely slow shipping with Fed Ex Smart Post Reached out to customer service after my order had bounced around lost for over 7 days I expressed concern that the order would be stale if it ever got there at all but was told to wait for it to be delivered and the agent kept sending me the tracking number as if that solved the issue For 10 shipping that was labeled as Fed Ex not Fed Ex Smart Post I am very disappointed and will not use this co again
