Sent a form online to request van hire Guy who originally called me back was very helpful However I was in the gym and unable to pay He asked me to call back When I spoke to them the next day the person I spoke to was obnoxious rude and condescending If he had shut his mouth for 30 seconds and allowed me to explain my request he wouldn t have been so confused Absolute gasbag Avoid
