We have booked several times with 2c Holidays Through no fault of their own we have occasionally had an issue but it s been dealt with promptly and efficiently and to our satisfaction We have and will continue to book with them They are always very helpful if you speak to them and can t do enough for you

Bure village

We stayed at 94 bure village The quality and cleanliness of the accommodation was superb and the location on site was very peaceful Communication was good The only negative was not having a gate on the decking we should have checked though The immediate area around the park is very quiet - no pubs takeaways or shops so have to travel by car a lot

Great Yarmouth bankHoliday

Recently made a booking and had an issue through the VRBO site I contacted 2choludsys and within an hour Chris called emailed me to resolve the issue Just a computer glitch but sorted out for me in 10 mins so I can look forward to a bank holiday with my grandchildren Would be even better if he could arrange sunshine for bank holidays

Used their caravans and chalets for years for our yearly holidays We love them definitely a home from home The booking process is very easy I love how you can put a deposit down and pay however much and how quickly you want as long as you pay it fully before your stay The customer service is great very quick responses and always informative I managed to see a video tour of our caravan we booked before we visited which was nice Before we arrived we received messages to say the key safe code and any contact numbers Always a pleasure We ve already booked next year with them Highly recommend

An excellent experience

An excellent experience We booked through 2c holidays as the accommodation was cheaper The added bonus was excellent customer service and support from start to finish Simple things like texting me the key code so it was easy to find on arrival at the property The property was of a very high standard Excellent - the family that own this property had high standards and attention to detail Thank you so much to who ever owns the caravan lodge for allowing us to stay

Gorgeous Views

Gorgeous views great location and very well equipped caravan We couldn t get the boiler working because we embarrassingly missed something really obvious but the support late on a Friday night was amazing
