Truly a company I would love to be part of They really do care about you and your pets When my cats passed away I had just received my winter allotment of Prescription foods along with proscription meds and 10plus cases of liter They went above my expectations when it came to returns and really blew my mind when I received flowers and a personalized card from them It will be awhile until my heart is ready to open up to another fur baby but when I do I guarantee I will be contacting Chewy again I cannot give enough praise to this company

We have been long time subscribers to Chewy s auto ship program I recently ordered a food refill for our Charlie and neglected to change the address back to our home the last order we had shipped to Florida while visiting As soon as I realized my mistake I contacted Chewy What great customer service Within an hour they had rerouted Charlie s food to our home address Outstanding service

Chewy is honestly amazing They have gave me refund anytime anything has happened They gave me a refund just now when my dog is in kidney failure and I forget to cancel my order They said donate the bag to a shelter Simply amazing they have always been amazing

I have been purchasing from Chewy for years They have always been kind reliable quick to answer and always very friendly Their pharmacy is also reliable and prompt and kind as well I just lost my sweet kitten Joey to heart disease and I had been purchasing his meds from his cardiologist from Chewy I had to cancel my autofill and they were so sorry to hear about him So kind when I called and I received a bouquet of yellow roses just a few days later in sympathy What more could you possibly ask for Customer for life here

My dog passed away very unexpectedly I had just received medications and prescription food a few days before from Chewy I called and got the nicest most compassionate person Larissa on the phone She refunded my credit card and just asked me to donate the food to a shelter I was barely able to hold it together talking with her and she was so patient and kind Today I actually received flowers from Chewy I was completely in awe This is the most amazing company man s they have me as a customer for life Thank you to all the wonderful and caring employees that work there

Kindness above and beyond

My senior cat of 17 years passed away recently I eventually told Chewy about her passing and that I would not need my account any longer They responded with such empathy and understanding in how heartbreaking it is to lose a part of family Within days to my surprise beautiful flowers were delivered to me expressing their condolence and loss of my beloved cat This is truly a touching and memorable experience Thank you Chewy for such kindness

I have had only good experiences with Chewys customer service Once an order was lost when I contacted them they sent out a replacement immediately with no charge This is rare in the online marketplace The shipping is timely with updates provided easily accessed The selection is great the prices are competitive The only drawback if you could call it that is not being able to order smaller quantities of packaged pet food They ll offer cases or boxes instead Sometimes I d like to buy something different for my cat but I won t buy an entire case of a food I m not sure my cat will like I m lucky as I haven t had to return anything yet I ve also never had an issue with the quality of any cat food I ve bought I d definitely recommend trying Chewy com
