"HORRIBLE "

I used this company to ship my dog to my hometown from deployment they left him in his own feces for 5 days Then upon delivery the driver lost my dog and then took off saying he isn t liable and that it isn t his fault Owners will not help either HORRIBLE BUSINESS They do NOT care about the animals or customers Awful communication abilities and hostile workers responses Please be safe for you and your babies as I may never get mine back because of their carelessness

"Do not trust they will lose your dog and then take off"

My cousin used this company to ship her dog to her hometown from deployment they left him in his own feces for 5 days Then upon delivery the driver lost her dog and then took off saying he isn t liable and that it isn t his fault Owners will not help either HORRIBLE BUSINESS They do NOT care about the animals or customers My cousin should not have to deal with this while she is so far away deployed on Christmas Take this as a warning not to trust them whith your fur baby

"Forget getting your money back"

Recently booked a transport service however within a few minutes I needed to cancel as the previous confirmed item needing to be picked up would no longer be available Since I refused to blame the transporter as it was not their fault I lost 210 per this businesses policy I have a credit on my account which I won t ever be using as this policy is absolutely asinine

"Worst company I have EVER used"

Worst company I have EVER used DONOT USE THEM They allow Independent Contractors who are Criminals to steal from you and they refuse to remove them from their platform or allow you to leave a review to warn other people I hired a dog shipper who took my dog to a friends home overnight and parked in her driveway instead of driving directly to me in Florida so she barked non stop and had anxiety She collected 950 and also gets paid from Citizenshipper and returned my dog and refused to give a refund She scams people daily and does not finish the job in the contact and Citizenshipper does nothing about it This Company is disgusting and so are the Criminals they represent and stand behind that are allowed to scam and rip people off

"Run for your life unless you wanna get ripped off "

First of all Citizen shippers got your money The shipper I received asked for a deposit then cancelled Nichol Noble crack head addict She cancelled said car broke down then said she would refund the money but would take a week money never came then phone disconnected Citizen shipper no help Said it is my fault I am out 420 Now have to rely on AX to try to get the money back from Crack head Nichol Noble Bad news would not do this again run from these guys watch out

This company it s based on false information and advertising They allow their drivers to delete negative reviews That s the reason why all the drivers have only good reviews Hiding the truth about the horrendous drivers they hire They scam people left and right Do not trust this company I m telling you from my experience Check this other reviews platform called site jabber that company has the truth reviews about this company and all their scams This company citizen shippers have many fake 5 star reviews It s not fair that they hide the not so good reviews from costumers Beware They took my money quick and they didn t even pick up my shipment So sad companies like this are allowed to scam so easily

"Do not hired this company"

Do not hired this company I just went throughout a 6 days of nothing but stressful experiences The driver who was supposed to pick up our dog cancelled after 6 days of waiting for our dog to get picked up There s no phone number to contact this company which is already a red flag They charge 170 for nothing Plus the driver fees to do absolutely nothing This is ridiculous The driver s name was Angela D Bendord Believe me just find a different company

This is rating of CitizenShipper NOT my driver Your fee is so ridiculously steep it s outrageous I had another shipment and used UShip instead cause 130 fee for a 425 transport was insane Only reason I booked with you is because I was pressed for time Never again

"Awful experience"

Communication was decent car smelled like smoke Pup was delivered However none of her medical paperwork was given to the new owner Her microchip information and tags were in the paperwork her vaccines also in the folder puppy food puppy contract and several other forms I contacted the transporter she said she would mail it Customer still hasn t received it Now this girls phone isn t in service or I m blocked Not professional at all in my opinion
