This platform allowed me to transport a no fly dog across the country in which my family is grateful I do wish that I had be able to communicate speak to with the transporter s before having to choose it would ve made it a less stressful experience It s difficult to trust someone with your four legged family member based on others reviews and messages Additionally the booking fee is rather high especially when you re on a tight budget and desperate for transport A live chat with a human would ve been helpful for questions I had that were not addressed in the FAQ

"Communication with the agents at CS was excellent"

Communication with the agents at CS was excellent when my first transporter Wiggle Butts Transport canceled on me at the last minute not once but twice I was able to relist my request and got a fantastic transporter in a timely manner The one complaint I have is that after Wiggle Butts bailed on me I was not able to leave her a review So all anyone sees is the good reviews which in my opinion does not represent the total picture Not fair to people expecting a timely delivery and I would be very surprised if I m the first one she did this to Other than that CS is a great resource and I will certainly recommend it to friends

"Easy to use platform that connected with me with multiple dog shippers"

Used the service in November 2023 Pretty basic but easy to use app that connects shippers with potential customers I used the paid version to quickly get a lot of offers on shipping a dog Interaction messaging was seamless and very happy with the app Would definitely use again

"Loved Didn t see the booking fee till the end though"

I thought citizen shipper was wonderful Very user friendly Brought all the possible transport services all into one easy place for me to look at I would give it 5 stars with the exception of not realizing there was a booking fee and that it was an extra 100 at least in my case 400 miles In hindsight it makes total sense that there should be a fee for this service that is separate from what we pay to the drivers but I didn t factor that into my budget and then was slapped with an extra 100 at the end I think that should just be known in advance or made more obvious because I definitely missed it Otherwise really easy to use and book Thanks

Would of gave it 5 stars but the website was a little hard to navigate Great customer service Had to cancel bc the puppy got sick they responded right away with options for credit then at last minute puppy was cleared to fly so original pick up at airport was put into play no problem My courier Natalia P Was wonderful

4 stars because the first person I contacted was clearly a scammer I detected it and reported it citizen shipper made it right and helped me get another person who was legit just be aware that even with good reviews there definitely are scammers in the platform But I guess that s just the world we live in If I had gotten confirmation citizen shipper had removed the scammer from the platform we would have been back to 5 stars Customer service was definitely prompt though which is nice

Through Citizen Shipper I was able to find an honest reliable transport company for my dogs My only complaint is that once I excepted a bid I continued to get emails for days with other bids It blew up my email with about 50 additional bid offerings from other companies The bid offerings should have stopped once I accepted a bid from one of the companies on Citizen Shipper Other than that Citizen Shipper is an excellent company to go through to find transportation for your fur babies

Citizen Shipper made it very easy to connect with available pet shippers for my move from Louisiana to New York I feel that the processing fees are a bit high and I m still not totally sure what it included Nonetheless the shipper I worked with was fantastic and I had a no-hassle interaction I will probably book directly with that shipper next time if I ever needed it

"Great Driver Experience"

Jayla handled all of my questions and maintained great communication Kira was very pleasant and ensured that my pup was delivered just fine Five stars for them The reason that this is a four star is that Citizen Shipper was not up front with the inflated 200 hidden fee
