I had a rough experience and there is no 800 number and you deleted my post on social media The company needs to do better as far as live communication No one wants to wait when their furr loves are in route we want a live person my baby was missing for 8 hours and no contact front he driver and you all didn t have a way to help when you emailed me and it takes a while to get a response You need a telephone number

There were a number of responses to my post that were obvious scams There was not a way to close delete my post The emails were just out of control and need a summary Given the money they charge for this - I expect much better The only reason it isn t one star is we did find someone who worked out well

The only reason I gave you 2 stars because you did refund me my insurance but they allowed scammers on their site more should have been done to guaranteed their customers full fund instead of suspending the drivers account I will never trust these types of services again

We had several issues with drivers 1 cancelled the day before pick up Animal House He said it was his first ever cancellation -but saw it was his 2nd 1 star reviews Serendipity Pet Delivery LLC was very rude to us we had our GS dog pass away of cancer 2 weeks before and we were finalizing a purchase of a new dog and needed transportation but couldn t finalize transportation till we owned the dog Couldn t give him a review because he didn t book us he rescinded the bid because we didn t move fast enough - he was quite arrogant We finally had a great experience with Pawndr Inc 5 stars to CEE CEE Even the breeder we purchased the dog thru was impressed She was amazing and we would use her again Overall it s not easy to use your site - Drivers don t respond they tell you they can do the transport and then you wait to get a confirmed date

Citizen shipper misled me on what exactly their role in the process was They got my dates wrong I was inundated with massive amounts of text messages all night long from potential shippers who weren t available if I didn t respond fast enough I paid extra for all that Thankfully I was able to hire a great Transport company and got my precious pup

They do get you a bunch of bids for you but charge about a 20 fee on top of what you pay delivery company for basically doing nothing and to boot they didn t reply to my email when I asked about a 15 coupon that I asked them to resend

"USER FEES BY CITIZENSHIPPER ARE OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH"

THE GOOD I found an amazing transporter on CitizenShipper who transported my dog and did an outstanding job Our driver Gigi from JB transport was amazing Outstanding THE BAD Now here is my problem with CitizenShipper their user commission fee is outrageously high Their fee which is ON TOP of the fee you pay your transporter and it was sky-high I mean in another ozone layer high A total and compete rip off They basically charge you a fee for using the app to find your transporter and they completely over charge you I will not use them in the future because their charges are absurdly high Then if you google them you will see they also charge the service providers a monthly fee CitizenShipper is out of control and I feel they ripped me off with that absurd service fee they charged If they charged me 1 3 of what they did I would be ok THE UGLY 140 00 to just find someone on their app Seriously No way I m done with CitizenShipper and they re mafia like User fees I asked for a manger to reach out to me and I never heard back from anyone

I was told by a few different people who offered me bids that the fee for citizen shipper would be 74 After I accepted the bid I actually was charged over 100 I would have never used this service if I would have known about it being over 100 plus whatever the bid is
