The quick response to my queries and the speed in which they were dealt with in addition to keeping me informed throughout the whole process was impressive From the get go they assured me that my issues would have a positive outcome and even though my case was attended to 3-4 different support each one was a progression and I didn t have to go over my issue It was like a relay Other companies this would have been a nightmare Really impressed
