Fantastic quality product for a great price The delivery was on time however when the delivery driver dropped it on my doorstep the box was ripped wide open the driver didn t wait around for me to ask why it was in such a state I d recommend changing delivery companies

Ordered a moses basket and the wrong liner was included Robyn from customer services promptly arranged for the item to be collected by DPD and has reordered the correct item which includes a little freebie What could have been a negative situation was turned into a very positive one by some common sense customer service

I ordered a moses basket bundle for my daughter I was maybe unnecessarily concerned that I hadn t had a despatch notification Customer services replied to my concern almost straight away and said it would be with me the next day It was and the products on first glance seem great I would definitely buy from here again

Mother in law ruining the

After the mother in law ruining the linging of my dressing I contacted the customer service team and explained everything After much reassurance the team had kindly sent me out a new dressing Thank you so much I will be sure to keep this one away from the mother in law Xx

Delivery was super quick - ordered on Monday evening and arrived Wednesday afternoon I bought the moses basket bundle in grey on an amazing offer and I am really happy with the quality It was packaged well and delivery was free It is exactly as pictured and described on the website Thank you I will be recommending and shopping again

Worth the wait

The delivery was a bit slow The website delivered 1-3 days it took a week and I was worried if Evri were the delivery company it would likely be undelivered but it arrived The moses basket is gorgeous and I can t wait to see my little grandbaby in it in the New Year Clair de Lune is tops for baby goods I ended up buying another moses basket different style for when they visit

Customer service was top notch

We had received 2 moses baskets with rockers as a gift I built the 2 products but one of the parts was defective I emailed the customer services team who were very apologetic and asked for photos I sent them in and was advised a replacement part would be sent out it arrived within 48 hours and now the product is perfect I couldn t ask for better customer service
