I set up filters and the same emails show up in my inbox this is an never ending project I left unroll which was free and alot more useful

Clean email keeps deleting most of my important emails I never set up that rule The customer support is not very helpful

I ve been trying to unsubscribe without success it s been deleting emails that I wanted to keep Tried to go on there site to unsubscribe but without any luck Not what I expected

I worked in IT myself and this app is by far the worst one I have come across in a while There are definitely bugs in the system as emails are being lost due to a bad interface and or terrible information Contacting Customer Service was almost pointless as they seem to not understand the severity of the problem Due to a lack of clarity and insufficient information the customer is lead to believe that certain things are possible without irreversible damage such as losing tons of emails that you will never get back They are not placed in a specific folder as extra security They re gone for good As always a system is just a system that will execute what you have asked it to do We can t blame the system We can only blame the developer for not communicating the impact of certain actions Such as Ignored emails will permanently remove emails that have been read by you put on the exclude folders list and that you have been actively using You ve been warned

TOTAL SCAM They got into my email and I sent hours refiling making new folder and refiling according to their suggestions After going through all their steps these scam artists did NOTHING I sent five customer support messages with no replies They took my money and DID NOTHING They are a SCAM Wish I would have read up on them before signing up LOL LOOK AT THIS RESPONSE BELOW THESE clowns reply to people s posts with LIES and BS You ll notice that they blame the user in various ways for random things - that could have happened I didn t expect immediate results from them and waited weeks for them to do something and then sent 4 or five messages without a response I got automated responses from them stating that they would get back soon but no assistance IF they put HALF the energy into actually fixing people s issues that they do in creating disingenuous responses to reviews they may have a functional company not just scamming people of their money

This program erased mails that where important and also the support is rude and does not want to help I had to find a way to log into my e-mail accounts my self and that was only working for 1 of my 2 accounts No sorry e-mail or moeny back stay away

You still have to review each sender individually to determine whether or not to block them You can do that for FREE without a stupid app

Good software potentially however the pitfalls are drastic I have previously used many cleaning programs for email e g unroll me mailstrom etc and have had varying results I was hoping that clean email would allow me to quickly filter out who were my biggest offenders Both my wife and I tried it and the service deleted months of very important emails Thankfully for me some of these emails were recoverable - for her 3 months of important emails were unable to be recovered I initially tried it for our business as well and quickly realised that this could pose major long term problems Refund I requested a refund for our personal and business accounts however to-date the service has only processed a partial refund for our personal account and no refund for our business account Unsubscribe Their unsubscribe feature is very basic and simply sends an email to the service you d like to unsubscribe from I would have hoped it activated an unsubscribe feature for the particular email subscription but this was not the case I would be very cautious about using this service - I do not think they are out to scam you as the service works as advertised however their layout and options are too easy to cause major damage I would not use this service again I ended up achieving the same thing I wanted to using a combination of Outlook desktop Email Meter Manually unsubscribed saw who were my greatest email senders using emailmeter and cleaned up my email inbox

Not sure that this does any more than using gmail filters
