Avoid at all cost

Cleeng provides customer service for Tennis Channel What they really do is try to snow you with boiler-plate circular arguments that take you right back to where you started They are absolutely horrible Have nothing to do with them In this case Tennis Channel doesn t want to deal with their many irate customers so they hire Cleeng to deflect and frustrate the customer until they just go away in disgust I would give them a minus 5 if I could I m sure they paid for the few positive responses Follow-up See Cleeng s responses for blatant examples of their smiley-faced non-answer answers We are sorry for your experience which WE have caused but please let us do it to you some more They are the face of the new Orwellian corporate customer-service nightmare

Every do often I get a small charge from this company and I have no clue who they are Amazon Discord Spotify Nope Whoever cleeeeng is they re constantly risking putting my account into negative standing It s hard for me to know where the breach has come from but I wouldn t trust this company based on the fact they re at the very least associated with a security breach and at the worst they re charging me for nothing

Absolutely abysmal

Absolutely abysmal They are associated with a service to allow watching motorcycle races MXGP TV COM and you had better not make any mistakes Support features are supposedly there but not functional in any meaningful way Use these people at your own risk UPDATE 4 days later and while I have received 3 emails from 3 separate people assuring me that they will help me work this out I remain unable to access the website The account I set up is now associated with the payment made but I am still required to purchase what I have already paid for Apparently the website is as easy to use for its employees as it is for customers Rundo not walk away from these guys

I wish I could give it a zero - I don t even know how they got my accounts- I believe by subscribing for the cowboy channel I have tried canceling by TV channel and finally got credit card to block charge after literally months and now a charge shows up on my PayPal account And we do not have the channel either SCAM ALERT

They make it impossible to cancel

Cleeng manages subscriber retention for the B1G streaming service Their method of retaining me as a subscriber is to make it impossible to cancel and then auto-renew me for another year The Account features do not work and their web site is a circular maze leading back to the home page I called them twice to cancel and yet they charged me I have disputed their new charges with my credit card company Follow-up Two weeks after their response here they still have not contacted me to resolve this fraud

ordered body electric subscription on 07-21-2021 not working same day sent multiple e-mails they responded by sending password reset for cleeng i told them i don t need to reset cleeng password it s body electric that has no login window they quit responding after i threatened to send files of my communications to the BBB all i wanted was my money back if there was a negative one on rating i would of used it had to give the lowest to continue with review DO NOT USE CLEENG

STAY AWAY

We have spent five hours trying to figure out their system from calling credit card service to block Cleeng to researching all old accounts We found it on Broadway HD but not for the amount that was supposed to be billed I m an old guy helping a young person just starting out This company is a disaster for controlling your finances STAY AWAY

This showed up on my discover card I never subscribed and can t figure out how to get ahold of an actual person to get it resolved Guess I need to dispute on Discover Such a scam

Stay away from this company I signed up for Tennis channel plus Was not able to login Customer support is non existent I was unable to use the service and requested a full refund Received an email stating that refund will not be issued due to company policy Requested to cancel subscription and did not receive any response Called my credit card company and filed a charge dispute Credit card company offered to block this company name from the future charges
