They send us spam emails multiple times a day Never signed up for anything from them and I ve told them to stop the spam to no avail ICO will be getting a complaint

More Spam and Unhappy Client

Keep sending spam e-mails Unsubscribe links do not work seem to be ignored Have phoned them after each batch of spam to speak to Ben Spend who is never available - if he even exists He is never available Every time I phone I give them the up to 4 e-mail addresses to which they have sent spam Every time I am assured that these addresses will be removed from their lists Yet the spam continues Is roughly weekly

Harrasment by SPAM and Repeatedly Ignored by the Organisation

The spam continues now dailyPhoned them again was told the 4 e-mail addresses in our domain that had received spam would be removed from their list This is the 5th time I ve been told this Contacted the client in their e-mail They had no idea that Clubhouse Sports Media were contacting people outside their local area generic e-mail addresses and they send e-mails to dead people Have now sent 4 ICO complaints with the different addresses to which they have sent multiple spam e-mails

Below I have copied the text from the reviews I have started to leave on the Google Reviews page of the gold clubs that Clubhouse Sports Media represents I have repeatedly been contacted by Clubhouse Sports Media representing Silkstone Golf Club who are selling advertising at Silkstone Golf Club My previous interactions with Clubhouse Sports Media at Chesterfield Golf Club have been as follows Following receipt of Clubhouse Sports Media s marketing email I contacted Alex Lewis Project Manager to ascertain where Clubhouse Sports Media had obtained my details from Alex failed to respond to me As I had not received an email response from Clubhouse Sports Media I telephoned their office to be advised that Alex was unavailable to speak to I asked to speak to Georgina Keville who is named as I Director on Companies House I was advised that she was not based in the office so left my details to call back Georgia failed to call me back I then received another email from Alex Lewis again trying to sell advertising at Chesterfield Golf Club As I had received no response to my earlier email of message I telephoned Clubhouse Sports Media again and left another message for Georgina to call back I received a call back from Jake who advised that Georgina has no involvement with the business despite being listed as a Director on Companies House and that Gareth would be calling me back once he was out of a meeting in 40 minutes Gareth also failed to call back Having received no call back from Gareth I telephoned Jake back I was advised Gareth was on his lunch break and would call be back that day Gareth failed to call back again In an effort to move matters forward I contacted Sean Boyle Manager of Chesterfield Gold Club detailing the above and requesting he contact Clubhouse Sports Media on my behalf to ask them to respond to my multiple call-back requests Sean emailed back advising he would ask Clubhouse Sports Media to contact me Clubhouse Sports Media failed to respond I emailed Sean again and advised him of this Sean did not respond I emailed Sean again for an update as I was still receiving marketing emails from Clubhouse Sports Media Sean emailed back and said I would need to contact Clubhouse Sports Media directly I emailed Sean back and advised I had been trying I did not receive any further response from either Clubhouse Sports Media or Chesterfield Golf Club just further marketing emails from Clubhouse Sports Media I then began receiving the same template emails for Silkstone Golf Club I sent details of the above to Sally Neuhauser Club Manager I received two further emails from Clubhouse Sports Media trying again to sell advertising at Silkstone Golf Club Sally responded a couple of weeks later advising that she had passed the matter to Sam at Clubhouse Sports Media Sam failed to respond I am now receiving the same template emails from Ben Spend at Clubhouse Sports Media for Hickleton Golf Club I am disappointed that Silkstone Gold Club has not managed to provoke a response from their representative Clubhouse Sports Media and that I am having to spend more of my time dealing with this matter

Shocking customer service

Yet again spam e-mails I clicked on the button to unbribed and the following day I had another e-mail I called and demanded that my details are taken off and if I receive anymore e-mails I will report to the ICO The next day I had yet another e-mail trying to sell me something I have reported this to the ICO I would avoid this company as they cant even get this right

SPAM - Can t Unsubscribe

Shocking customer service You pay them to advertise in two locations They do one You query it and no response despite trying to gain one from your so called dedicated account manager and finance Then they have the gall to bill you for the duration on the unfulfilled contract Legal advise being sought for a full refund

Constantly receive emails from Alex Lewis have asked to unsubscribe on numerous occasions but still no luick Not sure how they evade the Spam filters
