My family had the best day together playing the game The location at Central Park in downtown was perfect Lots of people stopping us to ask what we were doing so wonderful PR I m sure more people will be playing in the future Thank you

I freaked out bc I realized I had not

I freaked out bc I realized I had not gotten my tickets so I reached out to customer service and Samuel and Ash got back to me almost immediately with my instructions and even re-sent me my confirmation email Resolved all within 5 minutes Great experience and we haven t even done the event yet -

Great adventures and lots of fun I had to change our tickets in for another adventure as we were unable to attend the one we had booked and they were quick to respond to my inquiries and get everything set up for me to book something new at a later date Very helpful and friendly My family has done an adventure previously and it was fun

Entertaining way to spend a day

Just completed Beauty and the Beast hunt What a fun way to engage the whole family I brought 12 people and we went all out Costumes and a themed dinner and Beauty and Beast movie afterwards Scavenger hunt was hunt and engaging My only complaint was the game itself was not super kid friendly for younger kids Mine that played were 8 and 6 and 5 They got a little bored Wish was just more kid friendly but overall a great way to spend an afternoon Thanks for a wonderful time Memories made for sure

Our group of six had a fabulous time

Our group of six had a fabulous time dressed up doing the Alice in Wonderland event around Guildford We saw so many others on our travels too The clues are well thought out and places researched which made it so much fun We were actually sad when it ended Signed up for another but we realised we needed to change dates Ben was so speedy on the email to support and help me change events using a flexi pass Very impressed with the service and looking forward to our next adventure soon

An Amazing Adventure

My friend and I participated in the Smurf event and had the best time ever This was my fourth CluedUpp event and each one just gets better We spent the day exploring my hometown and solving fun and challenging puzzles The best part was seeing all the teams in their costumes and getting to meet new people I highly recommend these events as a great way to get outdoors and spend quality time with your family and friends One ticket covers six people and there are always great discounts on them

Incredible company

Unfortunately 1 of our party has fallen ill and another has a knee injury Our game was booked for tomorrow so I didn t think the company would honour any sort of refund But the company have been amazing they responded to my emails within minutes we have been removed from tomorrow s game and given a code to use for another game

Really lovely experience with customer service I had to sadly cancel an event due to illness and they gave me a credit to use within the next 12 months despite the event being under a week away Very quick response and it made a stressful time a bit less stressful Thank you cluedupp games

Enjoyed a 2-3 hour Beauty the Beast adventure around our downtown We saw about 6 groups and all ages from young girls dressed up on Bell s dress to families of all ages We submitted our group photo and won the best team photo We look forward to the next adventure
