The content is good but the support it supports

Hello I overall really like the process of everything however this did not really help at all for my test I m sure it will for others but the questions here were not at all the questions I got on my exam I would like a refund if possible Thank you

The videos do not show the correct

The videos do not show the correct steps or do not show them and do not explain the importance of each skill practice for example if I am putting on a stocking sock what is it for and what help that doesn t show it

Instructor for CNA exam and skills

I don t feel the instructor was fully aware of what student was doing As she set behind the student while they did their skills and she stated she would let everyone know when they messed up but it would still count against them and she never did that She told one student that he passed no problem then failed him
