This company is a scammer We placed an order of beeswax to them and after delay finally we received something else a kind of powder not what we ordered We requested for replacing the items or refund firstly they said that they will take responsible but after a few emails and calls they don t reply us anymore They just ignored the whole situation and not willing to take any responsible for it This is not a reliable company eventhough they are as a trust partner on the alibaba platform So don t think that trust partner on the Alibaba platform has any value We confronted this matter to Alibaba but they don t take any action for this kind of matter
