Received a phone case which felt like good quality and sturdy Unfortunately after three weeks the colour of the case faded and instead of being a nude colour it turned black Sent a complaint to customer service on Saturday On the Monday my issue had been resolved and replacement case had been sent Cannot fault the company brilliant customer service quick responses and quality workers Thank you Nancy Peacock I will definitely purchase from Coconut Lane again
