Didn t respond to my email about a faulty item clearly ignored it not wanting to refund Came with no tags and stitching was all pulled

Inaccurate sizing

The skirt ties are way too long and so is the actual waist on the skirt To tie it to fit the glitter part on the skirt folds over creating this massive knot of material It doesn t even fit - I got a medium 8 10 which should have been on the smaller side for me And the bottoms were too big too I have implants so the top was fine Only thing I like is the top The rest doesn t fit and is no way accurate to sizing

AVOID Not even a real company

Items have not arrived and no one has been able to tell me where it is or when it will arrive I have sent numerous emails and the customer service I have received has been appalling Currently feel like I ve just had my money stolen Honestly wish I d checked here first because they don t even appear to be a real company Avoid at all costs

No support no returns

Received items and did not fit as expected went to return on the website and it said Non-returnable reason Missed the return window even though I received the items that same day Tried contacting support but have yet to get a reply 5 days later So much for Hassle free exchange as they state on their website Edit I have now gotten response after writing this review still doesn t help me with return and are very rude Stay away EDIT NR 2 In their comment after this review they state that they have helped me with my return which is a blatant lie they ve only argued with me back and forth and never even mentioned helping me with my return issue They only care about a negative review and nothing about helping their customers

Dropshipping company

Dropshipping company selling same clothes as you get from Aliexpress for 10x the price DONT BUY HERE EDIT In the comment under this review they are saying that im not a real customer You don t have to buy anything to see that my review is correct All you have to do is reverse image google search the pictures for their products and you will find cheaper alternatives for the exact same product

Not a good experience

Not a good experience The items I bought were cheap all sent from China Chinese writing on the packaging All the items smelt strongly of chemicals not something I would want to put on my body I also ordered size L which their size guide says is a 10-12 The items I received wouldn t even fit over a limb they are made for a child Don t waste your money girls

Would recommend but sizing a little small

I would definitely order again from this site They are quick to deliver and very helpful with responses My only reasons for dropping a star is that they are small fitting I got a large which is advertised as a 10 12 Now I would agree that it is but only just I m quite an average 10 12 not a big one and the top does not for me at all I would recommend people use their site however just give yourself some time to change the sizes before your event should you need to

Great customer service nice clothes but cheaply made

The customer service is great - they were able to change my delivery address with no issues and did so very quickly The clothing is nice and looks as is on the photos but actually pretty cheaply made quality and my shorts were see-through I am pretty sure I ve seen some of the items on Shein for much cheaper and the labels are in Chinese which suggests this is just a kind of dropshipping company The belt s buckle was the wrong way around so I had to wear it with the studs facing the wrong way but not a huge issue Wanted to give my money to a small UK company but if it s just buying and selling from China then I ll just go to Shein next time and get it cheaper albeit with longer shipping times
