The owners and employees of coco studios are beyond lovely customer care is top quality as well as their clothes Even those from the sample sales which are apparently not up to the highest of their standees are equally great Despite being a small business they are always giving back to their loyal customers Cannot wait to purchase from them again

The best business I ve ever brought from I was in need of an outfit for my birthday but the one I was after was out of stock was gorgeous so no surprise it was sold out I sent the company a message on Instagram and explained the situation they then reassured me they would have more stock by a certain date Skip a few days later and they send me a message to say that it was in stock earlier than expected never ordered something so quick To top off the customer service they then messaged on my birthday to wish me a happy birthday Amazing quality clothing the best outfits but mainly the most incredible customer service Couldn t recommend any more highly

Lost parcel great service

One of my parcels got lost in transit and this brand sorted this out for me with deep apologies They were great about the situation and made me feel calm about it Would definitely recommend this brand as the material of their products is amazing
