I am an Indian working in Milan Italy Cofidis is asking for either Italian Driver s License or Italian Passport I don t drive and I m not a citizen of Italy I called customer care they say other documents such as Carta di identit Permesso di soggiorno are not Enough Moreover I asked them if the service is only for Italians and they say no I don t know how to fulfill their impossible demands These people should come out and clearly say they don t serve non-EU people working in Italy rather than making impossible demands On their websites they don t mention any of this I have following documents but they are not enough 1 Indian Passport2 Tessera sanitaria 3 Italian Permesso di soggiorno 4 Tempo indeterminato job contract and salary slips5 Carta di identit 6 Codice fiscale7 Italian Bank account I don t know what to say anymore

Assurdo che come documenti richiedano solo patente o passaporto rifiutando la carta di identit che penso sia l unico vero documento da richiedere

Do not even try to apply for a loan if you don t have Italian passport or Italian drivers license even if you work live and pay taxes in Italy This EFFING fascist company needs to figure their SHI T out

this company doesn t know what it is equality i have everything and i am more than qualified to obtain a credit but for them it is not enough for a foreigner i have all the Italian documents required but my request was denied even amazon offered me to pay installment without interests but Cofidis refused my request simply because i am not Italian and which i would like to remind this company of the Euopean laws about and against discrimination Directive 2000 43 EC Directive 2004 113 EC their justifications are simply useless and make no sense this company chose to cancel the right reserved by the law for the legal residents in Italy immigrants for no reasons i am not the first and will not be the last victim of this company last thing is i warn this company to sell my data that i put in their system when i was trying to ask for a credit if my data will be sold or used by any third parties then it will be a violation of privacy i highly recommend outsiders to avoid COFIDIS ----------------------------questa azienda non sa cosa sia l uguaglianza ho tutto e sono pi che qualificato per ottenere un credito ma a loro non basta per uno straniero ho tutti i documenti italiani richiesti ma la mia richiesta stata respinta anche se amazon me l ha offerta di pagare la rata senza interessi ma Cofidis ha rifiutato la mia richiesta semplicemente perch non sono italiano e vorrei ricordare a questa azienda le leggi europee contro la discriminazione Direttiva 2000 43 CEDirettiva 2004 113 CEle loro giustificazioni sono semplicemente inutili e senza senso questa azienda ha scelto di annullare il diritto riservato dalla legge ai residenti legali in Italia immigrati senza motivo non sono la prima e non sar l ultima vittima di questa azienda L ultima cosa che avverto questa azienda di vendere i miei dati che ho inserito nel loro sistema quando stavo cercando di chiedere un credito se i miei dati verranno venduti o utilizzati da terze parti allora sar una violazione della privacy Consiglio vivamente agli estranei di evitare COFIDIS

Oh my god i have the most terrible experience with this They suspend my creditline in amazon even i am paying them regularly every month And nobody can speak in English I am trying to write an email but there is no correct address even they re whatsapp contact are not so good I don t undertand why they suspend my line even i am paying regularly now i only made a mistake before because my other bank debit card is not working but after that my payments are regularly I hope you see and hear this message of mine I am the one who s paying the debt But its on my spouse name Terrible terrible terrible When will you activate my account again If you dont i will not pay anything since i paid a lot of interest and more interest and nothing i cant use it anymorr

cofidis is just disgusting i haven t receive any loan they deducted me 9 90euros this month maybe for next how many months they will deducted such a shameful if you can t give loan to someone why did you deducted balance from someone the Italian government should banned this website in italy
