The best customer service ever I m dealing with many platforms such as binance us and coinbase every time I have some issues and try to contact their customer service it takes forever to contact me back sometimes it takes more than 2 weeks but with coinmetro they always response to my emails as soon as I hit send It s always a matter of 2 minutes max which makes me feel comfortable and safe as I m sure that if I have any issue they will be there to fix it for me to trust platform for their customer service it s is a major thing in the trade world Highly recommend

CoinMetro are absolutely the best Like an idiot I sent a really large sum by my standards to the wrong address and they retrieved it for me And they responded to all my frantic pestering politely and within 5 minutes And they make withdrawing profits to my bank completely easy I cannot recommend them too highly
