In generally it s a very good app with an good overview fr your wallets ans cex Accounts The biggest issue stays the correct calculation of the average price and to show the correct amount without your wallets If you have more as one and you pack them together the calculation is never correct It shows a plus while it s a minus or the other way around Instead of developing sparks they should work on the correct calculation and the integration of BNB Matic and Fantom as main trade currency

Not very trusty app Company looking only for profit When their realeased sparks reward was 2500 sparks for CoinTickr device after few days it became 4500 it will increase day by day Refer rewards not working you will not get rewards Wrote email for that problem no response to problem Also when you input trades manually average price count incorrectly

I opened an account with Coinstats they supplied the log in details as i had crypto recovery but have not been able to log in and have been sending emails for support for weeks now and nothing from Coinstats so i don t know what is going on at there end disappointing

I just received a call from an Eastern European female calling herself Sarah Parker on 07398541910 She claimed I have a frozen account which was set up with my full name email address and phone number on CoinStats She said I created this account on 21st May 2016 and it is in a frozen state because I haven t been active for a long time and different IP addresses have been trying to log in She told me that s why your security dept has frozen my account and changed the password on my account which changes every 60 seconds She wanted to know what my decision was about this account She asked if I wanted to withdraw the money in my account or close it She said she has my email address country and email address I told her I would send myself a password reset email but she told me this will not work because my account is frozen and I need to stay on the phone and work with her I told her that your website help pages notify customers of scams like this and she claimed your site and social media accounts have been hacked and false information is on them warning people of scams She said she would send me an email with a 2FA code This didn t get to me surprise I asked for her email address and she told me support coinstats app I asked for HER email address at coinstats and she gave me a Protonmail address I told her I was not convinced she was called from CoinStats She told me 2 email addresses including sarahparker solutions-ss com Can you please let me know if this was indeed an attempt at a scam or is this a genuine call from one of your employees or your agents Thanks

Joined 2 days ago I wanted to go for the premium but I m happy I didn t go for it I added all my coins P L was wrong for 20 of the coins I m not talking about a difference of 1 but 10 I tried to contact chat support 2 days ago no reply up to now I have send the 4 mails 48H later still no reply
