I ve never ever seen such a horrible customer service They delivered my package to a totally wrong address which is clearly seen on tracking Nevertheless they need 8-10 business days to resolve this problem with ups Moreover they openly showed me that they do not care about any inconveniences that I came through because of their error

Purchased a discounted pair of shoes and later decided to return them However after the purchase it turned out that the only available refund option was in the form of a credit note rather than receiving a cash refund or having the funds returned to my card In my attempts to address this issue I reached out to customer service but unfortunately it took seven attempts before my call was answered Despite my explicit request to speak with the manager the customer service representative failed to follow through It appears to be the company s policy to solely issue refunds in the form of a credit note Think twice to shop in this company

Just really poor customer service Placed an order because their site promised delivery within a needed time for a birthday present They did not provide any email updates at all until the day the shoes were to have been delivered In that sole communication they changed the delivery date Prior to that there was no shipping confirmation Nothing at all I reached out to ColeHaan and got a canned response In todays online shopping world this is inexcusable We will never use Cole Hahn again and would tell others to avoid their site for any purchase

Customer support is a nightmare Stick to a regular brand sneakers they look funky on website but once you receive item you can understand how uncomfortable they are not to mention how cheaply they made with low quality craftsmanship I would not recommend cole haan products for actual sport use maybe for a fancy dress party they are suited for as I have mentioned they look good but not for hard usage
