Second time using this company Filled in a form online on Monday for my bags to get collected Very fast response had a phone call and an email back to confirm these could be collected on Thursday between 8am and 3pm I was worried i would have to wait in all day but they assured me if i had to pop out my bags would still get collected if i left them outside on my door step Very polite and the driver who collected my bags was very pleasant Will defiantly use again in the future

On 20 March received a Collection Bag

On 20 March received a Collection Bag in aid of funds for Birmingham Children s Hospital AS I already a few items put to one side I packed them into the bag and i tied off the bag and placed it ready for collection on 22 March On 22 March bag duly collected by Collection4Clothes Later in the day I realised my spectacle cases were missing new specs only 2 weeks old I phoned the Company just in case the cases had got mixed with the items I wanted to go to ask if any chance they could check for me The response was very positive and some time later I received a telephone call to say spectacles safe and sound and arrangements would be made to return them to me the following day and they were as good as their word as spectacles delivered by one of the Collection Team this afternoon

Very good service Phone call to confirm booking Very pleasant person on the phone I was asked if it was convenient to place bags outside by 6 a m in the alloted location The bags were collected at 6 05 a m The person who collected them was very quiet and also closed the front gate - which a lot of delivery people do not do Overall it was a great service and I would use them again
