Awful product which stopped working in two days

Awful product Stopped working after 2 days When I raised this issue they said that they can t help because the product is free Just because the product is free you can t product a pathetic product which doesn t work and waste people s time

Since the August I cant even log in due

Since the August I cant even log in due to Instagram API problems that they are solving since then It is still not working till now so

Stay away from this software

Stay away from this software 1 You will get banned very quick by instagram2 It is a bulk software which is not working well which means it is much more faster to like comment follow manually than with this software It took me nine hours for nine likes D3 The customer support is the worst that I ever experienced so far And also due to the fact that combin is not working since weeks they refuse to give me my money back

A waste of time and money

I signed up for Combin yesterday and so far thus its been a miserable and hugely frustrating exercise After payment they emailed an activation code yet there was no way I could find where to paste that activation code in No link in the email to download an App Indeed no explanation that I needed to download an App A search in the App Store returned nothing You then highlighted that the link for download the App is labelled try it for free which after paying is very confusing After waiting till the following day for your help team to respond I eventually get the App installed and linked in I signed up to this service to establish who doesn t follow us back in Instagram Again utterly impossible for me to see where that data is Your help service not responding Before you assume I am a technophobe I designed software for blue chip corporations in a previous role and was managing director of a software company Also there is now easy way to establish on the App how to unsubscribe I stopped using th e service immediately raised a PayPal dispute and cancelled the recurring payment An utter waste of time and money You ve guessed it once you ve signed up and realise you ve made a mistake theres no way to find out how to unsubscribe

Beware I almost unfollowed genuine followers

I have just tested Combin on a user s account that has 9K followers It installed great All I wanted was a list of Instagram users that dis not Follow Back Combin listed 4K of the followers who did not Follow Back I checked 200 of them and they ALL except 5 WERE FOLLOWERS of my client s account I am so glad I did not press select them all and UNFOLLOW people who actually DID follow the account What I did do is uninstall Combin Bye Bye Short but sweet -In response to Combin s response I have the latest version I double-checked using the apps own internal update facility In addition I ve been working in IT since 1979 There are not many aps I cannot work with Combin is one of them Nice try support team but you re very wrong advice only adds to my decision to warn people against using your app

Account temporarily banned No thank you

Started off great and was liking posts for relevant hashtags using their safe setting My account got locked and I couldn t post or refresh feeds didn t link this to Combin at first I got my account running after proving I was a real person and started using Combin again my account immediately stopped working again A quick google search revealed that the account was actually being temporarily locked for bot activity I was trying to grow my business presence on Instagram not kill it I m not risking running this anymore as I don t want Instagram to permanently delete my account I DO NOT recommend using Combin especially if it s for your business

I should ve listened to myself when I read all the bad reviews I was hopeful I could get some help through this program but it s exactly as invasive as everyone says it is
