Sadly a bunch of unprofessionals They charged my card TWICE after canceling my subscription They refunded me for November right away Then I got a new charge for December and they refuse to acknowledge it Johnny their only customer support would reply to my emails and explain that I have been refunded for November which wasn t even part of my inquiry but totally disregarded my complaint about the December charge 67 Basically stealing from me after almost a year of working with them The CEO Edvin who contacted me to join their services at the beginning of the year hasn t replied to any emails either They never answer the phone don t even try

A total scam My account was suspended because of their approach The entire business is smoke and mirrors As far as I can tell there is one person Jonny P a client success manager who is the only point of contact I asked to speak to someone more senior after their dodgy approach got my account banned but there is nobody The reviews here are clearly bullsh t done to dupe mugs into parting with cash If you are fool enough to sign up when Jonny P welcomes you to the scam it s only a matter of time until you re account is suspended AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ultimately I m very happy with the service it started within 48hrs instead of 24hrs I was later advised that the growth account managers work 6 days a week Mon-Sat and I signed up early Sunday I guess it makes sense if you want a real person working on your account

Instaforce has been nothing but PERFECT

I just have to say a MASSIVE thank you for being so attentive going that extra mile and exceeding my expectations I am approaching my second month with you guys and will 100 be sticking with my subscription at your establishment Thanks again
